Lots of metal plates, old benches, mis-matched weights, and 20-30 year old machines (they are downstairs). I'd say this is a lifter's gym except they have a deadlift platform, but zero bumper weights, which was strange. They have crowded benches, squat racks, and pulleys, They also had paper signs taped to the mirrors warning against using chalk, so definitely not a lifters gym. Again, just old. Really old. The toilet has a curtain in front of it! How unhygienic is that? It really has a lot of vintage equipment, so if you're into that, the $5 day pass isn't going to be an obstacle. I don't think there's anywhere else in town to go, so go rip off some bloody calluses, I sure did!

The equipment is dated, but if you're serious about getting in your work outs while traveling, this gym has everything you'll need. Staff was super friendly. The equipment might be vintage, but it's all clean and working: no out-of-order signs anywhere. No cracked mirrors. The place is immaculate and well-maintained.

They canceled my membership…read morebecause I did laps in their pool and a family was so entitled they decided that they shouldn't have to share the pool with anybody and they felt crowded come on dude is a public pool what did you expect. Same problem with a hot tub you can't get in a hot tub and sit there because they don't like to share and if you end up complaining to the front they'll take your membership away and do not try to end up taking a shower because somebody's got their s*** hung all over the shower hook so you can't put your towels on them and then you get in trouble for removing them this place sucks the staff is aces I have to admit unfortunately the owners are either ignorant and competence or just plain frigging mean. If you really want a place to exercise I wouldn't try this place you'll probably regret it.
