Well these people saying things like customer service from Tyent must be the most obnoxious people in the world. Me being a flake occasionally has broken my screen on 2 separate occasions. Once with a pan and once with a large knife I wasn't paying attention with... Needless to say not only did they fix and repair my machine totally free ( BOTH TIMES ) but they kept me in the loop during every step even though it took 5 days from me shipping it to them sending it back. So there wasn't much to keep me posted on. The technical team is amazing. I must have called them 50X's asking questions and always were very patient with me. Not to mention my sales guy. Nick who is always in constant communication with me and even has given me his cell # to text him when I need to. He always responds instantly.. These people deal with customer service on an entire different level than any other company. Not one time did I need a question answered or had a problem that someone didn't return my call within a matter of minutes, if they didn't pick up when I called. I never write reviews but seeing these annoying people saying the customer service was bad, are definitely the type of people who you just can't make happy... One of the best purchases of my life. I owned a Kangen probably 20 years ago and was looking to buy the new one. The guy trying to sell it to me just wound up knowing noting and showed he would just trash other water ionizers I did some research on, like Tyent. He made outrageous allegations with no proof or documentation and just proved he was trying to push the outdated Kangen on me. Probably for the commissions. Anyways bought my UCE13 and it is amazing!! I even bought all the meters to test it as I saw on another review and it out performs even what they claim. Not to mention the customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. I text my sales guy whenever I have a question and he literally responds within minutes. Or if I call he answers still a year after my purchase. Remembers my name and situation and is a truly lovely person. Even their technical support team is amazing. I live on the west coat and they are on the east coast. They made time to compensate me well after their close time just because that was the only time I could install it.. Believe me I tell everyone about this water because how it makes me feel...But I tell them about Tyent especially because you certainly get the whole package!! I am grateful to the consultant who first introduced me to health benefits of alkaline water and who believed the company she represented had the best equipment on the market. So 4 years ago, I did considerable research and, in the end, found and bought a Tyent Ionizer. After researching several different machines I chose the talent system because of both my needs and what they provided. I have been wanting to get a water system in our house for years because of the horrible water and over chemicals used by our city. Once the system was hooked up it has done a 180 on our water. Not only do I taste the difference but because the water is so much better I'm not having to drink so much in order to get the water I need per day . I even give it to my animals and their water intake has greatly improved along with their skin and health issues. 100% the best customer service I have ever received!!! Jim the technician literally called me at 12am his time because I could only speak to him at 9pm pacific time. Not once but twice...Not to mention the UCE-13 is the best ionizer on the face of the planet.
