We have been long time customers of Ted's Well Service and have always had great experiences…read morewhenever they have sent a crew to service our water treatment system. Well, our well pump completely failed last week and the pump could not be replaced because it was stuck in the old metal casing, and new well had to be drilled. Needless to to say having no water would have been an issue but Ted sent a crew out immediately to hook up a 300 gallon fresh water tank with an independent pump system that allowed us to continue to have running water until they were able to get a new well drilled for us! This was literally a huge relief just knowing that we would have water even though our well was broken. I'm not sure how many other companies would have dropped their scheduled work loads to help a customer that was literally helpless without running water, but Ted and his company did just that!!! This is a family owned and operated business, and they treat their customers like they are family. I highly recommend them for any of your water related issues, they are fair priced and most importantly they are truly there for their customers.
