I am so happy that I made the decision to get this repair done now. We're just a few weeks from storm season here in Florida, and the damage around our chimney was extensive. The work extended to actually repairing rotten decking and below that, the actual rafter frames needed to be sistered with new wood to restore it to a secure set of rafters. The men were efficient and workmanlike, breaking only for lunch and one run to the lumberyard to get more wood, and another sheet of steel. Other than that, the Gage had made a good estimate and most of the materials were ready for the work. We are now considering a full roof replacement due to new understanding about the poor quality of the initial roof installation. I recommend A3. I invited them to bid the replacement, although I have not yet heard what the final amount would be.
