Making an appointment and ordering is easy via the website, and the variety of dishes to choose from is good. If I remember correctly, 14 different recipes are offered monthly. About half are chicken, with the remainder split between beef, pork, and chicken. The owner, Brian, made me feel completely at home when I arrived for my appointment. He did a great job explaining the process and then left me to do my thing. And my thing (and yours if you go) is simply this: Follow the crystal clear instructions to assemble and package your chosen meal(s). Ironically, I didn't feel like cooking when I got home, so I'll be trying my first meal tonight. If it's as good as I think it will be, I'll definitely become a regular.

I spoke this information to a very nice older lady who prepares the gift baskets here. Although she was busy doing other tasks, she walked me through the store and hand picked each item so the basket wouldn't be overly expensive but still have quality and eye appeal. She assured me that she would make the basket beautiful and that she did! When I came back a few days later to pick up the basket, I was blown away! She did an excellent job and add a few little extras that I wasn't expecting. My friend loved her basket! I forgot the kind lady's name and she wasn't there at pick up but I'd like to thank her for her excellent work.
