I chose this office because of their advertising and message that they help patients "love your…read moresmile." Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I was seeking a simple two-tooth flipper. Instead, I experienced months of frustration, poor communication, and an unsatisfactory result. This was not my first removable appliance. I had successfully worn a flipper for many years, so I knew a natural-looking and functional result was achievable. When the first flipper was delivered, I was unhappy with its appearance. I communicated my concerns directly to Dr. Denson and Christie, provided photographs, written notes, and specific requested changes, and gave the office every opportunity to address the issues. At my second appointment, after waiting approximately 46 minutes to be seen, I received a revised appliance that still failed to address the concerns I had clearly identified. The appliance continued to have significant aesthetic issues involving tooth shape, gum contours, proportions, opacity, and overall harmony with the surrounding teeth. These concerns were known before the original appliance was even made and remained after the revision. To be clear, my issue was not that the appliance differed from my previous flipper or Essix. I understood an exact replica was not possible. My concern was that the appliance was aesthetically poor in its own right. When I explained to Leah that the revised appliance still had the same issues and, in my opinion, looked worse than the first version, the interaction became uncomfortable. My spouse, who attended the appointment with me, shared my concerns. Rather than feeling heard, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I ultimately removed my own bib, left the appliance at the office, requested a refund, and was then asked to wait even longer to speak with Dr. Denson despite already being late for another appointment after the lengthy wait. This was not the first time I experienced excessive wait times. I left feeling that my dissatisfaction was being treated as a problem rather than a legitimate concern. After persistently following up myself due to poor communication, I eventually received an offer of only a partial refund along with a letter terminating the doctor-patient relationship. While I understand a dentist has the right to discontinue a patient relationship, it was disappointing to be dismissed as a patient rather than have my concerns meaningfully addressed and resolved. I also requested that the refund process be handled remotely through written communication, electronic signatures, and either a mailed check or refund to the original payment method. Despite this, I was instructed to return to the office in person, creating additional inconvenience and stress. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I did everything reasonably possible to help achieve a successful outcome. I provided photographs, written instructions, specific feedback, and allowed the office to revise the appliance. Despite those efforts, the final work remained subpar and my concerns were never adequately addressed. I also felt significant pressure toward extensive restorative treatment throughout my time at the practice. In hindsight, I am grateful this experience occurred before proceeding with larger and more expensive dental work. If Dr. Denson could not provide a satisfactory result with a relatively straightforward removable appliance, I was no longer comfortable trusting him with more complex restorative treatment. To add insult to injury, after years of routine six-month cleanings at this office, and even bringing to their attention that I think I have a cavity each time with no resolve, my new dentist has informed me that I have multiple cavities. I fully expect a generic response from them on here rather than accountability. Between Dr. Denson's attitude, the lack of professionalism shown by staff, the poor communication, and the disappointing quality of work, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking highly aesthetic dental treatment.

The office is gorgeous and you'd think it would be super expensive dentist office, but it has been super affordable for me so far! The office is clean, well decorated, and they are following COVID regulations! They do take your temperature before you enter, so be aware of that if you're suffering from fever or any COVID symptoms. After enduring the pain of a rather deep gum line filling of one of my incisors deciding to float out of place late on a Friday evening...of Memorial Day Weekend, I needed help despite being in a different state than my usual dentist. I somewhat waited patiently for three days for any Dentist office to open so I could get help first thing on Monday. When we called to find help, we were met with general rejection. I had the added issue of needing someone holistic minded as I have a myriad of severe health concerns and allergies that had to be taken into account. We were finally referred to Dr. Morgan. His staff was friendly and kind and worked us in between that day's appointments. When we sat down with them and explained I had extreme anxiety from a previously painful procedure that had to be performed with minimal pain meds due to my conditions, they were extremely compassionate. Dr. Morgan's Assistant, Angela, patiently listened to all the challenges we face in dealing with my condition and worked with us in reducing as much exposure as possible to areas of concern. Dr. Morgan was gentle and kind in his approach. After the exam, he took the time to discuss all possible options and help us decide on the best approach. Once the decision was made, Angela sat down with me to explain what each part the procedure would involve to help relax me and then let me know what the doctor was doing throughout the entire process. Knowing there would be no surprises helped me to remain calm. Dr. Morgan was fast and extremely gentle. This particular filling has come out 4 different times due to its location. He had an alternate method to use to try to improve bondage to my tooth in hopes we could maintain the filling for a longer period of time. To make sure there were no allergy concerns, Dr. Morgan had the data sheet on the materials printed out for our review and we were able to further review the ingredients with the office to determine if the material would work for me. Afterwards, I was not sore, other than from the filling having been dislodged, and had almost no pain throughout the entire appointment. In short, I highly recommending giving Dr. Morgan a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

You may also be charged a "sterilization fee." I suggest that you ask them about this before you make an appointment, so that you will know ahead of time and you won't be surprised. My experience is that this dental practice is hard to reach on the phone. I receive a busy signal most of the time. When I got through and told them about the busy signal, the receptionist told me that they only have two phone lines and that they're very busy, and that that's why I couldn't get through. But I don't understand why they don't route calls to voicemail when they are on another call. I think that every other business I interact with has a voicemail service instead of a busy signal. I had Deltacare HMO when I went to Dr. Ruby for a teeth cleaning back in February 2022. Dr. Ruby is one of the contracted HMO providers, and my plan benefits state that "prophylaxis" teeth cleanings are supposed to be at no charge to me. But I was charged out-of-pocket $6.00 more for the teeth cleaning, as well as a $7.00 "sterilization fee." I paid $13.00 out-of-pocket for a visit that I thought was supposed to be at no cost to me. I asked the receptionist about these charges, and she said that they always bill HMO patients extra out-of-pocket, because she said that they cannot be expected to work for the small amount of money that the HMO reimburses them. I called my insurance company, and they told me that the sterilization fee is allowed but that the extra charge for the teeth cleaning is NOT allowed. In my experience, other dentists do NOT charge a "sterilization fee" surcharge or an out-of-pocket teeth cleaning surcharge to Deltacare HMO subscribers.
