He was the first podiatrist I've encountered who did not solve every issue with expensive orthotics. I've been seeing Mark Klein for many years for a chronic foot issue and have been very satisfied with his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Klein recommended a number of expensive treatments. Some treatments gave me significant pain and made it uncomfortable to walk and do household tasks. To Dr. Klein's credit, he did refund one pair of orthotics he prescribed, but that refund was a drop in the bucket. He prescribed expensive custom orthotics to the tune of $350 which failed to alleviate my pain. There were other failed treatments as well but you get the idea. Dr. Klein's website states he helps runners, but it's clear his focus is geriatrics. I've been to his office more than a dozen times, and I never saw a patient younger than 50. Most of his patients are old and obese, so this review will likely fall on deaf ears (literally, *wink*). My biggest complaint with Dr. Klein is his bedside manner. He dismissed some of my concerns and even disagreed that his prescriptions hurt me. At one point he charged me for an appointment that only lasted 30 seconds. I asked the front desk to waive the co-pay; they agreed and then went ahead and charged me anyway. When I finally decided enough was enough and stopped seeing Dr. Klein, he didn't follow-up with me to see why. I'm surprised that after 6 months he wouldn't recommend another specialist or at the very least wish me well. Then again, it's a fitting end to a truly frustrating experience.

I had great podiatrist and terrible ones and I learn to inmediately recognize the bad ones that usually cut corners,if you know what I mean... I am glad that I found Dr. Heutsche !!! After years of pedicures and the people cutting my toe nails wrong, I have had issues with ingrown…read morenails. My toe was killing me and I was so happy when I found Dr. Semma! He and his office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Semma immediately removed the problem nail piece and my toes are pain-free! Side note: I inspect hospital sterile instrumentation and asked if I could look over his sterilizer, packaged instruments and cleaning protocols. Everything looked in order and I had no issue with him working on me! I would highly recommend Dr. Semma and his office to everyone!

The issue is organization. The office changed location- but the old one is still on most websites…read more So I drove to the wrong address. On the phone the staff said they didn't have an X-ray of my feet... then they found them. Then they told me they're open today till 5. I got there at 4:40pm: they closed at 4:30. The people are nice...but they just need a little more organization.

Dr. Ron is the best. He is young and knowledgeable. I have been seeing him for different issues…read moreover the past 6 years. He is located in downtown Plymouth at the corner of Ann Arbor Trail and Harvey in the St Joes building. He does see patients elsewhere and brings in a stable of young energetic students to teach and help with their respective careers. Ashley does a great job working reports and keeping the insurance companies informed which allows patient care to move forward. Chelsea and Kayla work the rooms with the medical team and keep the rooms clean to move patients in and out. Then of course there is the office mama, Sheri. She is always happy, greets you with a big smile and checks you in and out as fast as humanly possible. Now Dr. Ron does have 3 other doctors working with him so even if he isn't in this office you can be sure to be seen by another qualified doctor when you arrive.
