Super selection of local and sustainably sourced steaks, chops, cutlets, mince, ribs, roasts, shanks and of course rumps (win) and breasts (winning!). Not-to-be-missed is the Spear Creek Dorper Lamb. These delicious creatures spend their lives grazing the Flinders Ranges nibbling saltbush and naturally seasoning themselves in the process.
Where Tynte Steet Meats really flexes its muscles is in its top service. If you're ignorant like me about different cuts, the staff will marinate you with non-judgmental, extremely useful advice, hints and tips.
