I got a confirmation for my order. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my stamp. I've called every day for the last week. No one answers the phone. There is no message saying they are on vacation. No one calls me back. Incredibly frustrating.

Anyway, they have always delivered my supplies and machines on time. Once they sent the wrong size filters but I called them and they corrected the order and sent the proper size by the next day (still on time.) This is through the Seattle area, Redmond location. Once I was travelling through Oregon and realized I had left my humidifier (water tank) behind. Because of the design of the Air sense 10, it won't run without the water tank attached. I found an Apria location in Medford, OR. They gave me a tank in perfect condition and I was on my way. Being on sleep therapy for over 20 years, it would have been difficult to impossible to sleep without the machine. They could easily brushed me off since I was from out of the area, not their local customer, etc. But they didn't. Both locations have treated me like they cared about patients and put patients first.

This company has gone through some changes. And they are not as customer friendly as they ought to…read morebe. The orders are not accurate. The customer service is very slow. This is not good for a medical device business that people need to rely on. I actually got frustrated enough that I moved my purchases to another provider. I think Apria is suffering from some challenges at the corporate level that are severely impacting the local vendors. They can turn it around, but since I changed providers, I may never know.
