She speaks English, French and Italian very well, so it works for everyone. We have booked flowers many months ahead and she never forgets. The flowers always arrive on time and they are beautiful. We live in Calgary and she even wires flowers for us to Copenhapen, Denmark because we can't get anyone to do it from here. We order them them on the 22nd and they always get there is time for Dec 24 when Christmas is celebrated there. Wouldn't think of ever using anyone else.
