After trying to get them to fix their errors 2 times they refused to even look at the car after they kept making mistakes. They do not honor their lifetime warranty on the workmanship of their paintwork. Do not trust them to paint your vehicle.

If you choose this shop check in with your insurance company immediately, do not trust them top take care of it, that will result in a delay, once the job is secured it will be when they get around to it. Remember, the person doing your quote has TWO jobs: - To do an estimate of repair - To secure your job for their body shop, They are a SALESMAN first and foremost. They do not want you going to another shop, they want to secure the work "So leave you car right now, we'll arrange your rental." Our Story: My daughter brought her car in for a quick estimate two months after a collision she was involved in, the intend was to get a few estimates and see if it were worth her deductible amount to process a claim. The appraiser persuaded her that her car was unsafe to drive due to a bent rear axel. (in the two months since the collision the can seemed to handle fine) but there was evidently a small bend in the part. She left the car in their care, they were given the claim number and advised they would handle the rest. They brought her to a car rental agency. *(Job secured) It was to be a 9 day job once approved by insurance. 57 days later and a $500 overrun on her rental car limits she got her car back. The insurance company did admit to being responsible for some delay (7-10 days) and waived the overrun but she did have to return the car, and went an additional week with no transportation, Collision Clinic took no responsibility for this. Allegedly there were parts backordered, but a lack of organization and planning seemed as much the issue as parts delay. Things were only expedited when we began to complain. *(So keep on top of it) We are hopeful that someone will provide us with a detailed time line to explain the delays, delays can be legitimate. If they could have done better for us we'd like to be compensated in some reasonable fashion for this. All this said, the final result was an excellent repair, flawless color match, and a pristine detailed car.
