I initially called for pricing, but the offer was too good to pass up and ordered a dumpster immediately. They delivered the dumpster the next day. They place the dumpster where we needed it on the driveway and they also made sure to protect it. We needed the dumpster to clean out the basement, but we needed more time and they accommodated us without hesitation. We ended up asking for more time and they were absolutely fine with that, too. I luckily saw a review on Amazon where a customer had bought a green Bagster and was unable to schedule a desirable date with Waste Management to come and pick up the bag and she called this company and not only did they do it quickly and efficiently, she also commented how 1-888-U-Fill-It's price was even better than the manufacturer of the green Bagster. So I decided to call this company and ask a few questions and the gentleman whom I spoke to offered me a very good price for not picking up a green Bagster but actually delivering a 10 yard dumpster to my driveway and allowing me to fill it with household materials due to downsizing and his price was extremely competitive with others that I had called. During the course of time I had it, this company was very flexible as to the date I could retain it for, as well as very tolerant of items that I requested could I place inside. Both the delivery and the pick up only required a few days' notice and everything was always done promptly and professionally. Ordered a 15 yard dumpster. Was a 4 day wait. Seemed long but, ok fine right? The morning came for the delivery, but I had not heard from the company. I called, to which a person answer and said they were late and it would be at least a few more hours. I would have expected a call, as I had already taken off work the first half of the day. I would now not be there when they arrive. When I asked for an actual delivery time, the man said basically its better to cancel, and he was refunding me as I was too picky. It was pretty rude, and not professional in my opinion. I know time frames do not always work out, all I wanted was a call. Now I had to go through a separate company as this one canceled for no real reason, and I am out the money from taking a half day of work. read more
