Not even an attempt to convince me to buy from them! The second time my fiancee and I came and actually planned to test drive a car we had found online, after 15 minutes in the lot with nobody as much as looking outside the door we decided to walk in. When asking about the vehicle the 3 salesman could not even get out of their chairs and hardly gave us the time of day. It wasn't until we said we "were" looking to trade for the vehicle that they stood up and started to try and help. The best moment was when I asked if the car comes with any warranty and the response I was given was a blunt and unexplained "yup". They may have great selection, clean cars, and a established name, but if you want to discuss price, or be treated like they want your business I would look elsewhere.

He claims that the auto repair shop that this particular dealer dealt with likely "forgot" to put my new MVI sticker on my car and that he'd call me back. ... needless to say, he hasnt called back and is now ignoring my calls. However when the car was totalled by a…read moredeer just three weeks after purchase, Harvard Auto nor Global Warranty would offer me a refund on the warranty, even though it explicitly states in the warranty agreement that a refund will be issued "on a pro-rata basis in the event of a total loss". I liked Harvard Auto at first, the service seemed good, but now I know that they are just dishonest used car salesmen and their profits come before their customers. The service at Global Warranty was even worse, taking months to even get a response, let alone an actual full refund. Stay far away from Harvard and Global Warranty.

Came in Sunday and went right to the woman, she said she was busy and passed me off to another man. Again, I mentioned the truck I had been looking forward to testing for a week. They couldn't find the one key they had for it. Meanwhile, I test drive another two, not really wanting to, just trying to give time to find the key. Finally, I was informed that one of the dealers apparently went on vacation to Cape Breton with the key in his pocket. I asked to be notified when he came in on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I get an email from the first guy I spoke to. I told him about the missing key. He said "the guy will be back tomorrow and I will contact you when I have the key in hand." Now today (Wednesday) he texts me to tell me the guy won't be back until tomorrow. This is NOT a good way to run a dealership. Complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

A salesman was acting quite inappropriate and immature while I was waiting. I'm sure he meant no harm and was trying to be friendly, but his comments were not really welcomed and made me a bit uncomfortable. I emailed the owners to let them know how I felt about all this and the great news is they were very apologetic and offered a complimentary oil change. I won't be back, but appreciated the gesture.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would…read more I went in for an MVI yesterday ( 10 Oct ) and to also get a lower control arm on my drivers side installed , I knew it would be a pricy bill because of having the part installed due to time and labour involved ( I am a industrial mechanic but due to time restraints and lack of space I can't work on it myself ). So the pet was no issue for the instalment but when it came to the MVI that was a different story. They kept claiming there was an issue with a non existent bearing finally I had enough and left work early to pick up my car and when I got there they had the balls to tack on a $55 pre MVI charge when they didn't even do an inspection. Who ever is running that gong show over there is lucky I have more restraint eitherwise that smug face of his would have been turned into a basketball off that counter in 30 seconds. Avoid this place , save your money and go elsewher.

By 2:40pm they failed my MVI due to the issues they were aware of, requested payment and took the form filled out with feedback stating "you won't understand it anyways and it will be on your receipt". The owner made a comment I had a nice credit card (it's literally a basic credit card??). They didn't provide me with a reject sticker. I guess I should have just waited and gone to my regular mechanic (or called in sick to get a appointment earlier). I am a young woman and totally feel ashamed I let them take me for a ride. I cannot recommend anyone to go here, especially if you present as feminine. Beware!
