I'm a newfound lover of Georgian food, I've always known about their wines which is what initially drew me to planning a hiking & food tour of Georgia with my foodie friends...unfortunately It-What-Must-Not-Be-Named happened and yeahhh didn't get to visit Georgia this year.
HOWEVER, I've been exploring Georgian street food and traditional dishes and I love the flavors. Lots of cheeses, spices and herbs, dumplings, stews, and the beloved khachapuri dough boat filled with deliciousness. Actually Georgia has more than a dozen types of breads with cheese and egg and various stuffings or toppings.
This spot reminds me so much of the Hackescher Markt area in Berlin, it's a locale right under the train tracks. Very cozy and low-light ambience, can't wait until dining in is allowed again. Everything is made fresh and the main server is looking pretty fresh too if I may say so LoL. Anyway, I'm glad there is a growing number of Georgian spots in Poland, U Gruzina has 4 location in Wroclaw I believe. Will be back!

Wszystko świeże i miła obsługa. Ale nie wolno zapominać o winie! read more
