We've made in person contact with her three times over the past two days. Once to reserve, once yo pick up, and once to return the rental. All three times, anti-service. I almost feel sorry for her, it's hard to get ahead in life when you're that mean.

They tried to keep my personal belongs and denied me access unless I paid. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars so that their staff could access my personal files and bring them to me. After two weeks of trying, I had to enlist outside assistance and threaten legal consequences to finally get access. They took a file cabinet that was specifically singled out to leave for us with all manner of banking records, passports and other information and have seemingly "misplaced" that. If I have any identity theft occur on my credit I will instantly know where the problem was. Never, Ever, do business with these people. This has been a horrible experience on the heels of an already awful amount of damage to my home. Vultures!

What really made this place stand out was the man working the office . It was the last day before the Labor Day weekend and for the first time in 50 years I locked my keys in my truck.. I have left the back windows cracked because of the heat and the man was nice enough to bring a chair out and help me reach through and get my doors unlocked so I could actually get home that day without having to pay for a locksmith. Very kind, very helpful, and like I said they were competitive in price. If they had been closer to the house I probably would've went with this storage.

EM&L showed up with professionalism, understanding and worked with efficiency, Cecilia and crew completed loading our household with care and finesse. I admired how they communicated with each other, considered logistics of each item, and really listened to each other. They exemplify the art and science of furniture moving! I intentionally waited until we completed our unload to write my review, because we'd have the opportunity to compare two different crew's jobs. E M& L's work was the first offloaded from the truck, and not a single thing had shifted, there was no damage! By comparison, the first (other) crew had not loaded quite as proficiently, and while damage was minor - there were some scratches due to improperly padded furniture.
