This is not good. On Monday, I called Newmar to find an Authorized Dealer. They suggested I call Midway RV in Grand Rapids... only an hour away and it's in the direction we were traveling anyway. Yeaaaa !! The Service staff were very friendly, and helpful. Scheduling with Dave, the Service Mgr, was pleasant. He said... I can't get you in at all today.. (Monday), but probably Tuesday morning, if you can be here by 8:30 AM. I said "Certainly". I then asked if they had room for us to "park & plug-in". Dave said "yes!". Perfect, we will see you about noon today !! We drove up Monday, parked & plugged in, very thankfully. Early Tuesday morning , they had us in and work was completed by 12:00 noon. They inspected both plates and fixed them !! And, we were back on the road feeling sooooooo pleased. Though we were not there to buy an RV.... I would certainly recommend them for RV Service.
