They inspected my Luxe Gold GRS35 Fifth Wheel for quality and checked all items and systems for proper working order after I purchased it from the factory in Elkhart, Indiana; just like a home inspection. In a world where good customer service can be extremely hard to find, this was a refreshing and rare experience to deal with them. Chris and Kelly answered every text, every question and responded instantly by phone calls, texts or emails. The detailed inspection report was very thorough and allowed me to come up with a "punch list' of items that need attention before I left the factory. They were able to work within my timeframe and to the point without any bullshit. Bottom line, these guys do exactly what they say they'll do and are folks of their word.
