You got that right me thinks not......We Will Be Done In A Jiffy more like "Damage Your Car In A…read moreJiffy" Having inspected my car not 3 hours before for a nail flat to verify a good job done I decided to bring my car to this Jiffy Lube ....they can look at it for free....never again will they touch any automobile I own. I always check my car anytime it is on a lift so I knew exactly what shape it was in before taking it there and there had been no damage except for cuts in the running board and a cracked in the air scoop. In the time I was there and no confirmation given I would have expected them to inform me of any issue yet nothing was said except for we don't have the tool to do this work. The moment I got my car home this is what I found but first I'd like to say for the amount of damage I would have had to drive into a 4 inch 3 foot wide pothole. The air scoop had been pulled down causing the fasteners that hold the skid plate assembly against the bottom of the engine. The actual skid plate was also bent down so now the entire assembly was at least 3 inches lower. Leaving a message did not result in a follow up call and you guessed it I had to call them back to hear the claim that the damage was all ready there, yet nothing was said when they looked at the car. Needless to say I had to tie it up to prevent it from dragging. So now not only do I need transmission service but a also the complete skid plate assembly... NICE FRACKIN BUSINESS MODEL

Even though we would have preferred it to be towed to a wrecking yard, the driver took it back to this location. He then handed my daughter who is a student, a bill for $632 to tow her vehicle approximately 10 km. When I called to ask what a total would be if I broke down on the highway, he told me for a flatbed it would be $100. When I asked him how he justified $632 for my daughters bill, he said that's what Niagara Region charges. The bill included towing, recovery, disposal and storage fees. Yup you heard right....storage fees. Recovery fee was picking up a couple of small pieces of metal....yup A COUPLE. Disposal was because he said fluids leaked on his flatbed. Storage was ??? He just towed the car back to his location? Let's face it, he put anything on the bill he could. After all that, he offered to buy her car for $500 and all she had to do was pay the difference. No wonder he didn't want to tow it to the wreckers. Anyone that would be this devious wouldn't be someone I would pick to fix my car.

They came and introduced themselves and then we did a walk threw so they knew what to move and what not to move. They then explained how the billing worked. Once they did that, we were all set to move. They were very courteous and polite young men. They were no nonsense and very efficient at their job. I was amazed at how fast and good they were at moving and packing the truck up. They were very good at unloading and moving everything in the house as well. There was no damage to any items or the houses as we left and moved into the new house. I'm a very happy customer that will return in the future.
