This morning, I removed one of the egg bites from the freezer and opened the sealed package. As I looked at it, I noticed something unusual on top of the egg bite. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a freeze-dried cockroach embedded in or resting on the product. I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I have preserved the product and its packaging and have taken photographs of what I found. At this point, I'm unsure what steps I should take next, so I'm seeking advice on how to properly report the incident and determine whether further investigation is warranted.

I really appreciate the customer service at this location. I wanted to get in and out quickly and several members directed me to the correct aisles to get what I needed. I like that they are so knowledgeable about the location of each item I needed, even down to providing directions to the exact spot (i.e., halfway down the aisle or located on the left side of the aisle). It just feels like a neighbor store instead of a big box retailer. I purchased my items and pickup my online order and was out the door under 15 minutes! You got to appreciate their efficiency and customer service!

Unbelievable really, I had stopped shopping there for the same reason earlier this year, but I was driving right past the store and thought I would look for some hardware to mount a wall fan. Well I did not find any, I also couldn't find anyone who worked there anywhere except for the cashier. She was stuck on the phone and there were two other people ahead of me also empty handed. As I left empty handed I noticed a customer who came in before me still standing at the key counter trying to get to attention of the two staff members who were sitting in the side office bullsh*tting. In the time I wasted there I could have gone to Lowes.

I showed Wayne my problem he looked over the problem and in a few minutes he figured out my problem and helped me to fix it. I can not tell you how surprised and happy I was that Wayne helped me once again. I can not say enough good things about Wayne, he is by far the sharpest tool in the shed i know Thanks again Wayne and i will be back again soon By the way I have been a very satisfied customer of these store for more then 20 years. I figured it would be easy to get someone to haul it away. I tried Task Rabbit and the two people who were tasked to complete cancelled on me. Then I tried the College Hunks People. They wanted $300!! Heck no! My lightbulb went off and I jumped on Yelp to find someone and reached out to my year fine people. They contacted me in 5 min and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. This company is very reasonable, quick and professional . I was appreciative of their good work and will use them again for sure.
