Randy was especially amazing, our move out happened to be the day after a snowfall and our UHaul got stuck. While we had the available coverage to call a tow truck to come get us out Randy personally can back with shovels and ice melt to help us. He spent a good 40mjns of his personal time digging with us and eventually we got unstuck. This place has clear pride of ownership and is run by a sincerely good person.

When I reached Minneapolis, something had shifted and I could no longer open the back door of the truck. Needless to say, I was a bit freaked, imagining thousands of dollars of costs. Brought it in to this location the day before I was to go through the border. The guys at the front desk were really friendly and the guys in the shop all helped me lift the door open. Took a minute. Turns out it was the moving dolly that was blocking it. They were all great and took the time to help in a way that is rare in NYC. It was a great experience!

Dealer operates in a way that they "show you a good price" and keep marking it down. Then they get…read morethe salespeople to say phrases like "we're not making any money on this deal, its below Wholesale" "This is marked down so far, we're actually losing money!" Only to wait until you get approved through the financing lock in your deposit and use a Buy & Sell on interest rate method. You might get approved for a lower rate, but they won't tell you and try and markup the interest rate on the back end. 2% to 4%. Meanwhile they'll tell you what a great rate they you got. Once your Deposit is locked in, they will use it as an extortion tool to force you to move forward or forfeit. It has nothing to do with holding the vehicle before "someone else buys it" - False scarcity mindset tactic. Also fear of loss of method. Additionally, they will also use extremely unethical high-pressure tactics to force you into an extended warranty for your coach. Even if you Decline it 4 times, they keep dropping the price of the warranty to give you a "Great Deal" on the warranty and show you service records of how much this will cost you if you don't do it creating a forced fear tactic and feeling on win closing tool. If you're someone that doesn't like games don't stop at this dealership. Also; Don't use their financing, go to your own bank or credit union before moving forward with their purchase or giving them a dollar. You'll get a better rate, no backend 1990s haggling sales methods. If you ask what the rates on they will say "only way to know is get approved, they have so many factors" - No just call you bank and ask for a Current Rate Sheet. Go into your bank, credit union whoever and ask for a Current Rate Sheet with the Tier'd credit on it and compare it to the rates the dealership is offering. Clearly this company is all about marking up the points on financing and making as much money as possible on the warranty meanwhile promising you they're family owned and they'll do the best they can. They probably also have a substantial dealer hold back on the price or get a manufacturer rebate. Don't believe the "We're losing money on this" tactics. There is no money made on the front end; Everything is made on the back-end financing room of these coaches. Tools needed when shopping coaches; Compare units to local shops RV Trader or Facebook Market the Exact model/Features. Call your local bank or credit union for a Rate Sheet Don't buy Same day, classic sales where you leave and they drop the price or rate or add the "Extras" Don't let them Extort you with the Deposit.

When my gf and I went in to do the official paperwork, Kia and the owner were there to great us. They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.

When we sold our House in Everett, and got an offer accepted in Newport, we had to find a way to get all of our belongings out of the house, over the cascades to the eastern end of the state and into storage while we waited in temporary housing. I called A Storage House for the storage part, but right away Trish understood that I really needed a holistic solution. She got us hooked up with a Penske 26 foot box truck. Renting one in Western WA would have cost nearly 5000 dollars, so she suggested I go to Spokane Valley, pick the truck up and drive it back to load up our things. The total cost for that was only $900. She provisioned two units for us to make sure we had enough space but offered to refund one if we didn't need both (we did lol). We had three vehicles and could only park two of them in our temporary housing complex, so Trish hooked us up with a parking spot at a great price as well. When our close date was pushed back due to a late appraisal, she even let us leave the cars for half the month and didn't charge us the full rate. Besides saving us a ridiculous amount of money, and giving us peace of mind during a difficult time, Trish was really nice to our family, especially our two year old daughter. She actually cared about our whole situation and tried hard to find solutions for us rather than just "checking boxes" and charging us whatever we were willing to pay. Some nice amenities: The storage units have cameras on them 24/7 so we could feel secure knowing that all of our worldly possessions were secure. There is a cool text to open feature on the gate, so I didn't have to get out of the car to type a code. And Trish answered the phone every time I called which in my experience is rare. Overall 5 stars 100% for A storage house and Trish. They were without a doubt the smoothest part of our move.
