Dealer operates in a way that they "show you a good price" and keep marking it down. Then they get the salespeople to say phrases like "we're not making any money on this deal, its below Wholesale" "This is marked down so far, we're actually losing money!" Only to wait until you get approved through the financing lock in your deposit and use a Buy & Sell on interest rate method. You might get approved for a lower rate, but they won't tell you and try and markup the interest rate on the back end. 2% to 4%. Meanwhile they'll tell you what a great rate they you got. Once your Deposit is locked in, they will use it as an extortion tool to force you to move forward or forfeit. It has nothing to do with holding the vehicle before "someone else buys it" - False scarcity mindset tactic. Also fear of loss of method. Additionally, they will also use extremely unethical high-pressure tactics to force you into an extended warranty for your coach. Even if you Decline it 4 times, they keep dropping the price of the warranty to give you a "Great Deal" on the warranty and show you service records of how much this will cost you if you don't do it creating a forced fear tactic and feeling on win closing tool. If you're someone that doesn't like games don't stop at this dealership. Also; Don't use their financing, go to your own bank or credit union before moving forward with their purchase or giving them a dollar. You'll get a better rate, no backend 1990s haggling sales methods. If you ask what the rates on they will say "only way to know is get approved, they have so many factors" - No just call you bank and ask for a Current Rate Sheet. Go into your bank, credit union whoever and ask for a Current Rate Sheet with the Tier'd credit on it and compare it to the rates the dealership is offering. Clearly this company is all about marking up the points on financing and making as much money as possible on the warranty meanwhile promising you they're family owned and they'll do the best they can. They probably also have a substantial dealer hold back on the price or get a manufacturer rebate. Don't believe the "We're losing money on this" tactics. There is no money made on the front end; Everything is made on the back-end financing room of these coaches. Tools needed when shopping coaches; Compare units to local shops RV Trader or Facebook Market the Exact model/Features. Call your local bank or credit union for a Rate Sheet Don't buy Same day, classic sales where you leave and they drop the price or rate or add the "Extras" Don't let them Extort you with the Deposit. read more

Brought trailer in 5 times to repair a leak toilet. the skin of the storage doors were damaged, dimpeling, and no follow through or offer to repair Said it was sun damage even though it is stored in the shade at our son's property. Department supervisor actually was not truthful regarding contact with the protective skin company. Additionally the price of service and repair work is way over priced. Management did not hesitate to blame repair techs. I'm very happy to be done with them. Worst experience with a company ever It is no wonder this R&R Store is closing. PSA: avoid this RV repair dealership. They don't care about the job done or your opinion. I spent thousands of dollars and got a non working RV back after weeks in the shop. The water tanks were to be checked and repaired for leaks. When we finally got it back several obvious leaks were present. I had to have another entity fix it as we were traveling outside the area. They also returned it with a rundown battery and accused me of not maintaining the 2year old battery properly. I voiced concerns and NEVER heard back from anyone. I would never recommend this dealership for service. Go elsewhere! read more

Had our RV services here after paying $200 for an oil changed I checked all the fluids, nothing was topped off the antifreeze and power steering extremely low. after calling they said it was missed, not even sure they did the oil change. have had severeal issues with calling and getting a run around when asking questions about the promaster functions. not sure anyone at rnr knows anything about rvs read more

Stay away far far away from the service department. Shoddy work causing repeat repairs and costing us thousands of dollars, they don't get it right the first time. Purchased RV from there in 2020 and countless repairs. Interestingly the business reply here is talking about a refrigerator that I made no reference to. But since they did, well, the refrigerator power's on and lights are on but is not cold. This is 6 years of service experience that has been going on and on and on. We were on 50 amp shore power, we turned off the breaker and back on after 15 minutes of being off. Send me a video showing the unit was cold after overnight plug in. Keep in my mind the unit was sold to us with a leaking refrigerator and was in service for that exact cause 3x and never resolved. We also found out at dewinterizing they would turn the ice maker line on after we told them not to. Since the slow leaking refrigerator ultimately caused slide floor damage we asked to have a new refrigerator installed, this was after spending $10k to repair the slide and floor. This would all have been avoided if the refrigerator was repaired as requested since purchase. But we bit the bullet and paid for the repair. So here we are now, once again, with something not working. We can also talk about the headlight they replaced... off we go across country after replaced and that same headlight stopped working, the Starlink being put in wrong-wire put in upside down, the Roadmaster being installed wrong in my truck causing brakelights to flicker. Dishman Dodge said go back to RNR and make them redo the wiring as it was done wrong. I am posting so others don't have to endure what we have had to endure. We are from AZ on a 5 month Rv trip when the generator developed a problem in Montana that needed to be addressed quickly. R'nR gave the problem a priority, diagnosed the problem and designed n fabricated a fix that got us back on the road in a few days, rather than the 3-4 weeks another dealership said they would need to fix it. Let me start by saying this review covers the parts area and staff serving it. They have a smallish parts area at this location that covers some basic parts you may need. If you are looking for for more detailed parts you'll have to order from their catalog, or somewhere else. They generally have 1-2 people working this area, including cashier, so getting a person to help find a part may take a little time. If you are not in a hurry, you'd almost certainly be better off price wise browsing the web. read more

CAPS included for emphasis - these are important points so PAY ATTENTION!) We recently purchased a 2025 Winnebago View 24t pretty much on the spot after reviewing a previously sold unit on the lot. Sight unseen one might say but we did have the opportunity to go through one on the lot. Unfortunately in the past, Winnebago, along with the other major RV manufacturers have long suffered from terrible reputations about quality control and service issues. Even with discussions with both Winnebago and Mercedes at the factory level, it is obvious the two national organizations just don't talk to each other. So many issues would be resolved if there were some type of meaningful communications. This is just one of the reasons we have kept our 1999 F350 / Bigfoot Oakland 3000 until last week (sold in preparation for this new purchase.) Having used RnR Rv for many years as a parts and occasional repair facility (had a refrigerator replaced once and picked up parts as needed while doing my own work) pretty much knew what we were getting into. That said, if I were someone who was unfamiliar with RnR Rv and just read the horrible reviews on this while looking for a new unit, well - probably wouldn't buy a new RV period from anyone - regardless of the dealership. There are going to be hiccups during the purchase/review/initial stages of owning a RV. What sets an organization apart from the rest is their ability to satisfy the customer by simply telling the truth, getting the job done and THEN standing behind the work ABSOLUTELY - without any song and dance. We have a few service issues, so that remains to be seen. That all begins next week. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT sets the tone for the entire organization - PAY ATTENTION RNR management! THREE names who have been in the forefront during this process were our sales reps and the service rep doing our walkthrough. BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE and CORI FOSTER, in my view have gone out of their way to ENSURE things were done CORRECTLY and PROFESSIONALLY. When questions arose, they collectively took on the tasks and remedied any questions or concerns immediately. From the beginning, we agreed as these were new units, with new engines, some questions just couldn't be answered at the moment and "I don't know" would suffice. I simply asked NOT be "fed a line" - had that happened, the purchase would be off and they could explain their rationale to someone else. My expectations were FAR EXCEEDED by these folks. Straight up answers to straight up questions. We all want the bottom line, so here it is. Would we purchase another motorhome from Rnr RV. Qualified probably. 1. As long as BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE, and CORI FOSTER were involved in EVERY aspect of the pre-sales, delivery inspections and immediate post sales issues - then, ABSOLUTELY. They EXCEEDED my expectations in every regard and ensured both my spouse and were comfortable with such a large purchase. 2. Because any purchased unit is YOUR PROBLEM once its off the lot, I took more time than usual inspecting the unit prior to delivery, A LOT more time. Probably ruffled a few feathers in the process, SO WHAT! I also mentioned for them to go find something to do while I was looking at the unit so they were forewarned. Not my problem. 3. During my inspection discovered items that were missed in the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) - now are documented for further service. Personally, I believe the PDI was pencil whipped so I took even more care while inspecting the vehicle. Welcome to US Military training. TRUST BUT VERIFY! 4. Prior to delivery, service wouldn't entertain ANY questions from me, despite the fact we had signed the contract for the unit. I hadn't been assigned a "Service Advisor" and wouldn't until the unit was delivered (therefore OUR problem to deal with warranty issues - garbage!) So, I started talking to Winnebago and Mercedes directly - much more helpful. Be forewarned. 5. To end this missive - please refer to item 1 above - those folks made this transaction possible. Everything else remains to be seen. 6. I'll say it again just in case you weren't paying attention. Purchase again? Qualified probably as long as the three individuals mentioned are included. read more

Our trailer was broken into at a storage unit. It was pretty well trashed. We called R&R Rv center to get an estimate as to how much it would cost to fix the trailer. Although it took them quite a while to get the estimate together, they were able to store my trailer in their lot for about a month until they could get the estimate done when they were done I got the estimate and they did not charge me for, the space that I utilized while they were working on that which I thought was awesome. We are still trying to get our trailer fixed and don't know how long it will take but at least we're through the first step. Thank you R&R for your help. read more

Was sold a travel trailer. Was told it was in perfect condition (Im sure thats what the salesman thought too). Started staying in it only to find that several issues started to arise (heater gave out, propane leads were leaking propane, sink leaked, bathroom shower was leaking, toilet was leaking, condensation WAY beyond temperature issues, as I said, our heater gave out.) Because we could not stay in it as planned we were forced to move and have the RV towed back to RNR. We explained to them that if we had to have it towed back that we wanted them to repurchase it from us as we had no other place to go and would be forced to move to a relatives house 3 hours away meaning we had to shut down our office we had leased for our business. We even paid in full. The service people were very kind and helpful however the customer service and the manager of the spokane location were a horrible experience. They fixed the problems but again, we were already forced to move as the trailer could not be used. We had NO other place to go. They said they could only fix it if it was brought down to them but the trailer was already set up for winter (which we had to take EVERYTHING down so it could be moved). Seeking legal counsel because this has cost us well beyond paying them over $40k for a broken trailer. Rule of thumb, don't purchase from RNR unless you have an independent expert check the trailer/rv. Their used intake people could have caught these issues if they had done a full thorough check and would have saved so much pain. I guess the people that finance get better treatment as you still owe them money but as soon as you pay them in full i guess you are SOL. If I had financed it, I could have taken it back and walked away. We only purchased it 3 months ago and it had problems ever since. They fixed the issues but now I am 3 hours away and my business is shut down because I had to move. I dont have a way of storing it. These people just want to make money and thats it. sorry you sold us a broken machine for way more than its worth. If it had been in perfect order as they stated, it would have been. I dont have a use for it now because of all the issues Ive had with it. read more

Wonderful service! We were driving through town the Friday before Labor Day when we had an issue with a broken hydraulic fluid line. We called a few places and no one could see us due to it being a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. But RnR welcomed us! They weren't able to actually fix the issue but they did seal the hose for us as a temporary fix. They were super friendly, Sean Blakesley was helpful and did the temporary fix for us free of charge. Parts department sold me the wrong parts i try over a month to get the right parts. The service department had no clue how to get the right part or make the parts that i got work. So i call the parts department back and wanted to return the the wrong parts that they sold me. The parts guy was totally out of line and said i had no idea what i was doing and i bought the wrong parts.im not the one that look up the parts he did then he threatened me with a 25 percent restocking fee to return the wrong parts. I ask to talk to someone higher up and he said that i had to call back and then he hang up on me. So its illegal to threaten to change a restocking fee for the wrong part. I tried over a month to get the correct parts they never return calls i had to keep calling to get help. I wonder how many other people they have threatened to buy parts. I called to dispute the credit card charges. If they dispute the charges I have no choice to call the state department and report them for illegal activities. I wonder how many others they scammed a restocking fee on defective or wrong parts. In all my years I've never encountered such abuse from a company. read more

After being on the phone with multiple places who didn't have the time to call us back, let alone get is in, we finally got a hold of Jason Corey of RnR In Spokane, the next place we would be driving through. Not only did Jason fit us in, he knew we were on our way to continue our camping trip. He got our trailer in, and had the problem fixed quickly that morning while we waited. Shoddy quality check, showed up after driving 1000 mi to get the unit we wanted, parts missing, ordered incorrectly for the replacement. The tub containing the propane and battery was not even secured to the trailer. Complete miss on the service delivery department. It's a shame because their sales and finance teams are great. If you want after the sale attitude, complete incompetence and frustration this is the place for you. read more

We are so grateful to Reed and Jason at RNR RV in Spokane. We were having major challenges with our Eagle Cap truck camper slide for the past month with no one able to help us. Totally understandable with COVID and it being the peak summer months. I spoke with Reed on the phone and he was able to slide us in a service slot. We were flying home for a few weeks and he let us drop our rig off a few days early and then let us keep it there for an additional week. Reed has a great sense of humor and also knows how to take care of customers that are on the road and has a "can do" attitude. We were kept informed through the whole process. When we flew back to Spokane our flight came in late and where probably going to need a hotel but then realized I needed a medical device that was in our camper. Jason took our payment by phone and was able to leave our rig with sales because service had already closed for the day. I really appreciate Jason going out of the way to get us our camper and me being able to sleep that night. Had a major slide out issue on our 5th wheel RV and were referred to R&R. Being full-time RV'ers this is our home not just something used on the weekends. Well, I called and spoke with Brian in service. He asked when I could bring it in and I said: "I'll be there in an hour". Sure enough they pulled our rig into a bay and a few hours later we rolled out with the problem solved. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Brian, Jason and the techs at R&R. read more

We are currently fighting RnR to get out of contract on a New (not used) fifth wheel we bought there. When returning for our inspection and orientation, we found water damage and MOLD. We refused to accept it in this condition and did not sign off on it. The manager named Mike there is forcing it on us. He completely lied saying "there is no mold". If they resolve this...I will add to my comments. However, currently we have filed complaints with BBB, the State Attorney General, and 2 local news stations and awaiting to hear from them after they talk to the owner. This rating is specifically with the service dept, the managers and the operations of their business. Our salesman Mike Eylar was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgable, honest and has done all he can to help us. read more

Absolutely do NOT buy your RV from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Once you sign the purchase documents they do not care about you and the fact that you have purchased a lemon. one of the first things they said is that the Lemon Law does not apply to Rv's. The motor home was used one time during this trip the floor was flooded due to an incorrectly installed water line. The captain chairs would not lock into place so while driving you were wriggled, and bounced all over the place, carbon monoxide alarm went off all weekend. You tell me if you could sleep and not worry about carbon monoxide poisoning. These are just a few of the things that were wrong with this $80k motor home my elderly parents purchased. When we went in to discuss the issue we were treated disrespectfully and basically told we expect problems so bring it in to be serviced. The RV has been in the service department more than in their possession. I have been calling on my parents behalf and have had zero returned calls. When I finally reached the manager he said he has tried to call and left a message. not true no missed calls or messages on my or my parents phones. This motor home was used one weekend and now the summer is gone. It is my opinion, this company takes advantage of their customers and is unwilling to do the right thing. I was told today that we are in the business of selling RV's not taking them back and selling them used. I am reporting them to the BBB. One more thing be aware of the formaldehyde in their RV's. The smell is so strong you get a headache within minutes of being in it. There was no mention or sticker notifying the buyer of formaldehyde. read more

Spokane .battery problems, water leaks,gas leaks,carbon monoxide warning going off 2or 3 o'clock in the morning. I had trouble lighting oven when needed.I have had it at service center 2times.the last time it was in shop for 3weeks .problems still not solved.after talking to several airhead phoneCoachman watchers was told to bring service center we'll check it out.I have had this thing for four months,spent a total of 6 days in it,put 600 miles on it of whitch 300 of that was back and forth to service center.summer is over ready to winterize . bought a trailer at r and r rv on francis in spokane last year. the sales folks were great, but nothing but problems with the service dept. we were camping this week10 miles from border of canada. had no phone reception. the motor to close pop out for travel broke, and it would not retract. my husband drove several miles to get cell reception, and called service dept to see what we should do, or if there was a way to manually retract it. this was wed. he told the service dept we had no cell, were camping and had to drive several miles to get reception. he was told no one could help him, there were several people ahead of him for retun calls, and basically brushed him off. they said thet would call back and leave message. some hrs later he drove again to get cell. THEY HAD NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CALL BACK! he called again, and the serviceman told him he didn't know what to do but watch ytube! wtf? my husband again said we were far away and they said they would "get back to us and leave message". that was 2 days asgo. luckily my husband did fix. we got home today ( never had any return calls, they just stranded us) and tried to call gm. guess what? got voice mail only! he left message a few hrs ago, still no return call. i did get an on line rep that you type in, AND SHE WAS PLEASANT AND SAID SHE WOULD HAVE THE GM CALL. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH! i will never buy another trailer there because of the uncaring, unprofessional service dept. read more

Run, don't walk away from this place. We went to look at a trailer about two months ago. We called ahead of time and were given a price of about $18,000. We get there and the salesman (Tristan) says, "Oops, I gave you the price for another one on the lot. The one you want is $22,000." Keep in mind this is for a pre-owned 2014 and was WAY over priced at $18K. We saw this exact trailer sell across the internet for $15-15.9K. We got the standard, "oh, this won't last the weekend..." speech and left. Five weeks later, my husband starts getting texts from Tristan saying if we can get to your price ($15.5K), are you ready to buy? We said yes, but that we don't want to spend the day haggling -- this is what we want, if you can get there great, if not, we'll move on. He told us to come in and we wrote it up. What a joke! After making us be there for over an hour, they come back and decline our offer and say they can get us out the door for the bargain price of just over $21K. My husband and I simultaneously got up and left -- with my comment to them that they just let cash walk out the door. If you don't want to make the deal -- fine -- but don't lure us in there (TWICE!) with false information. RNR RV is not a trustworthy business. read more

We bought our Cougar travel trailer at the RV show in Spokane on 1/26. R n R in Airway Heights ordered one from the factory. It took what seemed a very long time to get it in. When it arrived they were to inspect and clean it. They called us to pick it up on 3/3. We found numerous things wrong with it (scratched/cut/discolored decals, dull spots on the finish of the door, etc.) which should have been taken care of before hand. They said they would order the parts to fix the problems. Once we got it home, we found several other issues, to include a chair that did not sit right, seam tape coming off the wall, seal was hanging off the bottom of the shower door, a bent rear jack that did not work correctly, blinds would not work properly, etc. We made an appointment to get things fixed and took the trailer to R n R on 3/28. We would call them weekly to see if it was ready. We received no courtesy calls to inform us of the status of the repairs or if parts had been ordered/received. We called on Friday, 4/20. They said the parts had come in and they would start on 4/22. My husband stopped at R n R on 4/24, and they said they had not started on it, as they had sold a new 5th wheel and had to get it ready to deliver to the new owner. Ours was on hold! My husband called them again on 4/26. They called him back that afternoon and said it was ready for pickup. It had been almost a month. When my husband went to pick it up, he told them very seriously to tell the manager to give us a check for the full amount of the transaction, because we did not want to deal with them anymore. The lady left and came back; my husband asked, "Where is the check?" and she said, "Ha ha, yeah right, Mr. R." My husband inquired about the rear jack, as it was still bent. The staff at R n R said that it was a new one. But they did not offer to change it out or make it right. Bottom line, we are not happy with the trailer or the unprofessional service that we received at this dealership. read more
