After the first of the year, he went on Harley's website but the card would not work. He then went to Harley of Fargo's website and it still would not work. He called the dealership and was informed that the card was only good in person at that dealer. My son in law lives in Otsego, MN and is not about to take a 4 1/2 hour road trip to redeem a gift card. Do you suppose they could have told me it was only redeemable in person?

He would not help us by answering simple questions, like whether the trailer was a decent "pull" for our truck (other salesmen, at other dealers, were quick to whip out their phones to check the data). It started with them ordering the wrong part so that took an extra week to fix. Then they suggested some fixes that I didn't think the car needed so prolly trying to oversell me. But finally everything is all fixed and I get my car back. Within 15 miles the car is overheated and I pull over to let it cool down. Brought the car back to the shop immediately. They told me they checked the coolant, even had a report on how good it was looking. There was no coolant in my car. This shop is terrible. I spent $5,000 fixing my car with them and paid and extra $300 with another shop to fix the things they screwed up. Also they said they would call me this week to explain the situation to me and I still haven't hear from them. Don't trust them, go somewhere else... seriously

When my college-aged daughter broke down driving to Fargo in 2019, I was of course concerned. She…read morehas an old Chevy Avalanche that is well driven (250K+ miles)! The sheriff deputy that sat with her while waiting for a tow truck recommended Matt's. I was so impressed with the complete diagnostic breakdown they sent that included each price for each repair, and ranked the repair by color (green, yellow, red). When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! I credit the incredible work done at Matt's two years ago with that truck still running like new. They are true mechanics that know how to fix vehicles and extend the lifetime of them!
