Not only has this led to a delay in me receiving the items, it has caused other issues which are have proven difficult to remedy. The company failed to provide a satisfactory response, and apology. Moreover, they requested a deposit which was the full price for the agreed quote of services. Thus, it was not in fact a deposit. I will not be reccomending this company to family or friends.

The movers in Ontario who came up to Ottawa for a small fee, will equally courteous, efficient and organized. Overall I am satisfied with MTS moving. Moving is stressful, MTS moving has the procedures and structure to reduce the stress with the clear online tools, notifications and follow up prior pick up and prior delivery. If there was to be any misunderstanding, it would be cleared out rather quickly and the transport went smoothly. They do have a minimum weight for their services, just be aware of that and take into account the coordination and logistics needed for cross country moving. I wanted something cost efficient and avoid some of the headaches and worry that come with other movers. I got my quote and booked it early before the Hormuz war, so they honoured the rates per the quote as opposed to now, the time of execution, where rates and fuel prices has gone up. We were given a warning at the building we moved out of and again the building we moved into... the workers were pokey and slow.. if there was a worker on the crew that ONLY specialized in dismantling beds it would have gone a lot faster.. unbelievable how unhappy we were this time.. different crew different result.. paperwork guy only interested in a tip.. my husband did more work than the 3 assigned to our move.

That was a firm deal in writing. We were given a bill for nearly $1650 and they cited having to wait extra time (which we negotiated) and they didn't put the second bed together or have to move many items. I had to argue just to get the price back down to the agreed upon deal. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
