She does not understand the scope of responsibilities, as a notary, to an affidavit. Let's say you have an affidavit involving a vehicle in some way. The notary will insist she needs to see the vehicle (because of course, the vehicle is mentioned in the affidavit she snooped through), the title of the vehicle, ensure the color described in the affidavit is not off by a shade; maybe proof of insurance? Do not waste your time and effort using the "free" notary service at this branch.

The Chase building actually has a real Chase bank in it on the first floor so if you want to talk to an actual person or open up an account you can do that there. So back to this Chase drive-up. Like I said, extremely convenient. There's two ATMs and the rest are bank tellers. The only time I've ever seen a line here is when it's after bank hours.
