Not one complaint about having trouble opening and shutting my oil pan from underneath my vehicle. Now 5000 miles later time for my oil change and the oil changers refused to do any work on my vehicle because it was tightend way to much. They show me right away, and I took pictures of it. The nut is obviously worn off if they tried it would break my oil pan. Again no issue was reported before hand so there should be no issue now. Oil changers was the last place to do my oil change only a month ago. I travel for work yes which shouldn't matter because I'm allowed to drive my vehicle 5000 miles and it still be OK for next oil changers. I say this because speaking to Christopher your regional manager he thinks I drove half way across the country and banged it someway and cause the nut to be worn as it is. Now I am in Water Town NY. I need an oil change. As I told you I travel for work. I need a solution to this problem. I drive a 2021 Ram Classic 5.7L, my truck sits pretty high i have side steps that would have been damaged had I ever bumped anything. And I drive for a living nationwide in one month I didn't damage my oil pan. Now after speaking to manager at store and Christopher regional manager. He says not you guys fault basically and I drove across the country and caused my own damage. I have followed all steps I needed to follow hopefully this plays out well. Update soon.....

There's 3 things that stood out to me about everyone I interacted with at E&R Automotive…read more 1. They all spoke to me like a human being, not a robot regurgitating a script. This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!

When I told them the idiosyncrasies of my RV aka Petunia (yes it has a name), they didn't oversell me, although I did opt to put some tacones and wider shoes on her to give her a wider stance. FYI I brought Petunia in during to a radiator leak and transmission leak. All the other add-ons were my idea:) Edited to remove several stars. 2 weeks later I still dont have my van. I posted a review on BBB as well. The lift kit was delivered to the wrong address (this job is almost $6k...why wouldnt you have its shipped Signature Required?), the kit finally arrived and one part was the wrong one. So now the "Top" tech guys have to order a new part on Monday, so the kit/tires wont be installed till MAYBE Tuesday. The van has to be in Sunland Park by Thursday so they'll be cutting it close. "Things happened out of our control." Well, heres the thing, I was constantly on the phone calling them to get a status. "We didnt know what the status was." By the time I called, they knew the status...they should have called me immediately after finding out after each issue. I had to finagle to get some kind of discount. Finally got them to deduct 2 hours of labor (as my sister said, "una escupida.") On my way out after driving down there to check that my van wasnt taken on joy rides (it wasnt), one of the guys says "Im having to pay for the part to be fedexed overnight." I dont care! You shouldnt even bring it up. They said this is the first time this happens, but I cant speak for anyone else.
