When I've visited, the staff has always been pleasant and have seemed to understand the concept of Service. I would have been happy to give them a Five Star rating, if it weren't for poor communication. When I dropped my instrument off, the tech told me it would be about a week. I was informed after a couple of days, that they were going to order an additional Tuner set because the one I provided wouldn't fit exactly (I was informed that they would have had to drill new holes in the head, which I didn't really want). The length of time to receive the new part was crazy, until I sent a note and learned the Tuners were miraculously there. Then, when they went to install the new Tuners, they found they had ordered the wrong size and would still need to drill holes in the head-- like the problem that started it all. I was finally able to pick the Ukulele up after 3.5 weeks. Upon review of the work they did, it seems they did a great job. I'm happy with their work! But, as, I mentioned, I didn't give 5 stars because of poor communication.

I'm so glad I discovered this place and we will definitely be back. One downside is that one of the sale guys snapped at my son when he was touching a guitar (before I had a chance to redirect him) and that was a turnoff and a big contrast to how our salesman interacted with us.
