Neither one of us have any sort of derogatory marks and in my 24 years have never been late on a payment. My debt to ratio is high but I cant claim my ebay sales or child support income to lower my ratio. We have 25,000 to put dont on the property. Tanner said it should be no issue. Filled out a application and he directed us to his co worker Troy to finish everything up. After 6 days from filling the app out we are told their investor will not approve our request citing we have to have At least a 700 credit score. My issue is we told Tanner and Troy our score and as you will see his email saying anything under a 720 we would have to put 25% down and its a 10 year loan which we fit into both. I would not bank here nore try and get a loan from here. My wife just went to USBANK and they have a way for us to get the money. Say yourself a headache and do your research.

I went in to this bank after being a customer my entire life when fraudulent activity was happening…read morein real time to my account. The bank happened to be busy but my accounts were being drained so I asked if someone could step away and help quickly and was told there was a 2 hour wait and to sit. Panicked I rushed out to drive 20 mins to another bank to get it stopped. Next day I came back to withdrawl money since all my accounts had been frozen and explained to the teller in a voice so low I was asked to speak up, how dangerous her actions were for customers and how much worse she chose to make the situation. This was my 2nd security issue with this bank THIS YEAR ALONE, I explained this would be why I am leaving this bank once the investigation is complete. Out of understandable fear for her job she decided to quickly call and falsely report I "threatened her" as an attempt to save her job and make any report I were to make seem not credible. They decided to take her word esp after their second security breach in a year and cancel my accounts and trespass me without any review or investigation! Then they cancelled all my account including my online mortgage banking so I can't even pay my mortgage and when you call them you're on a 49 min hold. Still on hold writing this actually..The bank I had to go to when I was told to wait two hours had 2 employees quit the same day and following day their manager walked out mid shift. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! Fraud fraud fraud! And when you tell them you're going to report it, they will treat you like its your fault their security and customer service failed AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this place!!!!! Any branch but esp Amelia!
