With a frustrated baby I decided to get off. She still didn't know how to help, finally after another 15 mins a near by coworker asked if she need help, took the gentleman seconds to tell her where the information was. This whole interaction should have taken less then 5 mins with an employee that was full trained. She couldn't even find my phone number, when I received text messages from coamerica for fraudulent charges and etc. Fully train your staff, or let them go.
