They pull a hard pull credit, which took my score down 13 points! They have the rudest employees in all three branches and absolutely horrible customer service. From the person who rudely answers the phones to the Manager who opened my account, service is HORRIBLE. Their website and app has constant issues and is down more than it is up and working. You can't re-name your accounts, the account number provided is confusing, you can't make a mobile deposit for the first 90-days after opening an account. I regret ever opening an account here and it's a huge pain to change everything again and go to another bank. If you're considering opening an account here, save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Their rep tells me this was spelled out in the fine print of the original contract. I have not received by USMail nor email any notification of the 5.oo per month dormant fee. Now that 5 months have past the account will close. If you choose to their promotional loan gimmicks, be advised that their membership requirement is part of the contract and subject to this action
