My husband called in regarding his personal loan that we have never once been late on, and We are not currently late on, to request a one time deferred payment (moved to the end of the loan). The reason for this was because on the 4th of July my 6 year old daughter was at a family BBQ and experienced a cardiac arrest in the pool. We have been in the hospital for 3 weeks. The agent transferred my husband to collections (reminder- we are NOT currently late on our payment) and the agent in collections was INSANELY rude. We understand that she has to read from a script (asking us if we can borrow money, pull from our 401k, etc) but when my husband would try to explain or expand on an answer she would cut him off and say "yes or no?". There was zero empathy. We were just looking for a one time breather- with no intention of going delinquent. Thanks US Bank. We have a paid off credit card with you also and have considered banking with you... but you will never have any more of our money. read more

People are friendly enough, but anything other than the ATM is frustratingly slow. And they don't seem to answer the phone either.

I had yet another insane, frustrating experience at this bank, I had to do another review. The lobby is finally open, for a couple of years it has just been the drive thru, which is by far the slowest drive through you'll ever experience, I can assure you of that. I went into the lobby and I was not surprised to see one poor man not only trying to work the drive thru, but the lobby as well. Kudos for him for keeping his cool and looking calm, there were at least 5 cars waiting in line, and two people behind me in the lobby. Now I'm betting U.S. Bank is going to send me another survey, asking me if I was happy with the quality of service I received at this branch, and like all the other surveys, they will mainly focus on the experience I received from the unfortunate teller who had to start his Monday off dealing with irate customers. I will be closing my account at U.S. Bank as soon as they have enough help to get that done for me, I certainly didn't want to bother the one teller with that today. U.S. Bank also closed the downtown Mount Vernon branch, which puts even more pressure on the one branch they have in Mount Vernon. Enough of the surveys from U.S. Bank, it's time to stop bothering your customers, and hire back those employees that got laid off from the downtown branch and put them back to work in the lobby at this branch, that one man army bank teller you have needed some help. read more

US Bank has gone down hill! If there was a negative star I would give it to them. It has been 4 years that I have been dealing with rude customer service agents not only this branch but Sedro Woolley as well and the do care about their customers at all. I do not like your new policys. I shouldn't have to give my personal social security number simply to do my deposit for my employer. Time involved has nearly doubled to do the daily bank run. I often sit in your drive through for 10 minutes or more as you staff so lightly I watch the employee go back and forth helping front counter customers instead of the drive through. I wish I could give a review once per day sharing my one star service I get. I sure would have the time to do it since you keep your customers waiting so long now. Awful service. Please ditch the new policys. You don't need my drivers license, I'm simply there to give you money. read more

I called them 07/25/22 and asked about my card that I had ordered about a week and a half ago. The lady on the phone told me that it was missing or it was lost in the mail so she ended up ordering me a new one and told me she would order it under express delivery which means fast delivery. I get a call today 07/27/22 saying that my card has arrived at the branch. I get to the branch open up the envelope go to try and activate my card and realize that the last four digits do not match. I go back to the teller and ask them why my numbers do not match. The lady on the second window of the drive-through was extremely rude when I was telling her about the card that didn't match up and what happened when I called on Monday. She then told me that she can issue me a temporary card and cancel the card that was ordered Monday. She then told me that the card is standard delivery which means 7 to 10 days so I have to wait almost a whole month until I can get my card again. I even had the card sent to the branch both times so I can get the card sooner than it coming to my house. I ended up getting the credit report from the fraud at my house sooner than I got a call from the bank at the branch which is closer to civilization than my living address. The lady in the second window took 20 minutes to tell me all of this information when it literally could take five. I work in an office and I've worked in a bank before, it does not take that long to figure out this a little bit of information. I have came to this drive up window since I've moved up to Washington and had no problem with the gentleman in the first window which you can see through the glass. First time at the second drive-through and she was extremely rude not paying attention when I asked her about the other card that I had ordered with the woman over the phone on Monday for fast delivery not standard delivery. I wonder if it's the same girl because it if it is it makes a lot of sense. I understand it's the end of the day but does not mean wasting your time and doodling around when you can find two sentences of information about a card that was ordered on Monday within 2 mins exaggerating. I have never had this experience before with all of the other banks but this one employee Also when I asked about what her name was she did not notify me or let me know at the beginning of me talking to her or the end. If you have a chance to go to any other bank do it it's really not worth your time of waiting for them to find just a little bit of information for you and have you wait for 30 minutes in the heat. Honestly don't bother to go here or even call the branch or get anything sent here because they'll bamboozle, waste your time waiting forever, and they're too "tired"to do their job efficiently. I mean they a bank & should be efficient especially a bank that's so well known/popular and customer service should be top tier or T least nice not rude and unhelpful. I will definitely be going in this week to speak with a manager since I got bamboosled over the phone and in the 2nd drive up window. I also noticed that the 1st window was being efficient since three cars went through that window and I was still stuck at the 2nd window to only a response of 2 sentences then she just repeated info twice which I had to tell her I understood three times and kept trying to get me to order a new card and wait even longer. Just funny how the way she was acting when I was being nice and trying to understand why it's taking a whole month for me to access my bank card. read more

This is my fourth trip to this branch. The service is poor. They seem to be understaffed or not properly trained. One of my trips through I was making a deposit and didn't have a slip with me. After waiting a long time in a short line (there were other employees that appeared to be engaged in paperwork on the teller side ) I asked one of the two people in the business side of the bank if they could help me. I was told I had to wait. This time I have been waiting approximately 10 minutes at the drive up window and I am the only one in line. This bank is seriously lacking in customer care! read more
