We've worked with Dax for many years, and once again, he did not disappoint. This wasn't a planned car-buying day (let alone buying two vehicles!), but everything just lined up perfectly thanks to the amazing team here. Gene, our salesman, was fantastic knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered every question and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And Raul in Finance? An absolute rock star! He rounded out what truly felt like a dream team. These folks clearly love what they do, and even more importantly, they work together with such positive energy and respect and it really shows. We ended up driving off with a new Ridgeline Black Edition and a CR-V Hybrid TrailSport, and we are so pleased with our purchases! The drive home was dreamy -- smooth, quiet, and everything we hoped for (both vehicles)! The customer service was beyond exceptional -- easily the best treatment we've ever received at a dealership. It makes a huge difference doing business with people who truly care and enjoy what they do. We're even looking forward to walking the lot again when we come in for oil changes as I hear the service department is top-notch too. Don't worry! I'll write that review in about 7,000 miles. See you then!

We parked in front of the showroom and assumed that the parts department would be around the side - but which side? We went to the right, which was the wrong move. A salesperson and two other representatives immediately came out of the showroom to ask if we needed help finding something - the approach made it feel like we were up to no good and they were checking up on us. They pointed us in the right direction, which is through the showroom. It turns out that there is a side entrance - from the left side. The parts guy was helpful, but he wanted to charge a huge markup on a roll of tape... $82! For reference, this can be found online from other Honda dealers for about $45. He suggested that the high price was fair because we can have it today! We managed to talk him down to $65, which is still high, but we got it that day. On the way out, one of the sales guys complimented our old Model S, which was appreciated. Thoughts overall - the employee to customer ratio was probably 5:1, the initial interaction was a turnoff, and the price gouging isn't going to win any repeat business. On the positive side, and to be totally fair, the dealership was clean, the cars on the lot were staged well and clean, the parts department had some neat swag, the restrooms were nice and the location is convenient.

I impulse buy so I never seem to be satisfied. The salesperson called me back and I told him right up front that I will not be past down to a different person and play the pass the guy around because they think they're not going to make a sale. So essentially it's a waist of time for the most experienced to attempt to make the deal based on first impressions, looks, and what you drive up in. I walked into the business and was told the person that I spoke with was out on a ride. When I saw him come back I expressed my thoughts of the way that I felt about him already passing me down to the person with 1 month experience. I accepted assistance from the new person noting the funniest thing about all of this was that he failed to lock in the sale of the party he chose to take over me. Taylor was extremely polite, took all off my information back to the person in charge of approving the deal. Poor Taylor thought that he was coming back to me thinking the deal was going to not go well. I looked at what the off was, accepted it and the deal was made. This is when I found out that the person that took my phone call was getting half of the commission of the sale for simply making the phone call. No matter how moderately I expressed my disappointment being known to get rather boisterous he was still getting half. The deal went through without a hitch and I was satisfied. Let it be known car salespeople do not make judgments or assumptions that the people pulling up to your establishment will never qualify to purchase a vehicle but they do play the pass. That happens with any dealership though. The top sales person will pick and choose whomever they think that the deal will easily pass. Well... mine did and his sale didn't so there. Goes to show don't play pass especially with someone like me with mass experience from the buyers perspective. All in all we walked away satisfied.

Zero pressure, no part of the general attitude of car salesmen aka "what's your price range? ... well how bout we stretch your payments 30 years and your golden!" Through the whole process they were respectful, fun, zero pressure; felt like you were discussing buying a car from a friend or family member. They helped me a LOT, made the deal work for me and have me a great price on my trade in. Seriously, these guys are grade A. Thanks bros, you guys made car buying actually fun. Then guess what, they gave me the wrong key, was told id get a correct key soon. Weeks went by. Nothing. Key man ghosted us. I call auto track, talked to Jeff, he said "all you like to do is argue." No, if that was the case i would have been calling you way before 2 plus weeks had lapsed. I called once, you argued and said you "finished the job" and for me to "just put the key on a key ring, it doesn't need to go IN the key fob." You promised me a working key that FITS in my key fob. And said many times "its only $50...Its not that big of a deal." Then why are you making it a big deal?? Its just a $50 key fob! Stay away from this business. This was only 10% of my really bad experience here. I saw the reviews and was like, its cant be THAT bad.... Its that bad. Lol he also wont stop texting means calling me now that he wants to SUDDENLY fix my key issue after i said i dont want to wreck his google ratings. Nope. Sorry bud i gave you a chance. He also said "its okay, ill report it to google and say you're lying about everything." Lolol then why are all the other bad reviews still up??? Read my past google reviews. Im not a karen. I usually leave very positive reviews for local businesses. Not this one. This was shockingly bad. Jeff also had blood dripping from his knuckles and face for most of our interactions. Dont know what that was about... One more thing, Jeff stop saying you "discounted the car for me." The car was listed at 11k before i came it. I bought it for 11k. You didnt discount anything "For me."

What a royal pain in the arse, and frustrating? Ohhhh yeah!! Additionally, their loan car was a Deville that had a plaque pasted to the wood grain dash that read "no smoking"... Looked like a sign in a taxi cab . However, the car reeked of stale cigarettes. The wipers did not work well, but when they did, there was no washer fluid.... which would have been nice to know about in advance! Took my car to Cadillac of Bellevue. . . there was a clear difference. Problems solved, and no nasty loan car. The service guys at Valley were polite, friendly and very frustrated that they could not figure out the diagnostics... I just think they were technologically challenged. It was however, quite apparent that the service department at Cadillac of Bellevue KNEW the definition of "Cadillac Service" and performed it to a perfection. My advise to Valley Cadillac would be to send your polite and hard working service crew to school. Give them the tools they need to do their jobs, and do them well. Otherwise, its just a matter of time before Valley Cadillac goes the way of the AMC Pacer. This is just my opinion. I've shared it with other Cadillac owners who have had the exact oposite experience with Valley Cadillac and swear by them... this was just MY experience.
