From the branch manager, to the guy at the desk with glasses, to a handful of the tellers, they clearly do not want to interact with people. I love Bellco's rates so it is hard for me to switch banks/credit unions, but I had to open another account at a different bank for our everyday use because we are sick of being treated poorly.
