I have been a Wells Fargo client since 1978. This long-term association hasn't helped me get good service. It used to be easy to see a banker. Now it is extremely difficult. Appointments are made on line, but often no appointments are open for a week. Bankers are slightly helpful but there is no follow up. We have an missing deposit but Wells Fargo has provided minimal help. During the period when Wells Fargo was aggressively, and maybe illegally, searching new accounts, they convinced me to open an umbrella account which is no longer useful. Now I find it extremely difficult to get out of. One time, about 20 years ago, Wells Fargo inadvertently credited my account for about $20,000 when it should have credited my account $2,000. I informed them immediately and the mistake was rectified. The Banker even wrote me a thank you note. What a pity they cannot show me the same consideration. read more

Very disappointed. Since they have altered their hours, it has been really hard to get to the bank after work. I hustled to get to the bank in person before they closed at 5 so I could get a certified check to pay my rent on time since today was payday. I can only pay my rent via certified check. I got to the door at 4:58 and I saw others had walked in right before me. I pulled on the door and it was locked. A man came to the door and asked what I needed. When I told him I just needed a certified check, he told me he couldn't do anything for me because it was after 5, which it was after he came to the door and I had to explain what I needed. I begged, and stated I was there prior to five, albeit just a few minutes, and he refused to help, and told me I could come back in the morning. Problem is, they open at 9am, and I'm already working at 9am. I will now have to pay a $90 late fee. I'm disappointed that this man did nothing to help me, and disappointed that Wells Fargo branches no longer have reasonable hours to serve those that work normal business hours. Many of us don't have the luxury of "getting away" during a lunch break, and getting an "oh well tough luck" vibe didn't make me feel great. read more

For the second time in the last couple of months I have been 'Shuttered" by Wells Fargo Bank employees. I arrived in line 8 minutes prior to closing. Both times I was in line to deposit cash into my checking account. As I passed by the bank on Parker road there was in one car in line. By the time I pulled in, 60 seconds later I was now car #5. The commercial line was empty. At 5pm there were still 2 cars ahead of me. I'm not sure that the first car was ever waited on but for sure the car directly in front of me was also shuttered. How extremely rude! Such poor customer service. The bank has curtailed it's hours, has not reopened to the public, and people waiting in line arr shuttered, obviously on a regular basis. Soon they will no longer be my bank. My business will go elsewhere. read more

Although I have been banking here for many years, I still have several complaints. I won't go into the question of "Is Wells Fargo an evil, horrible bank?" . . . I would say that all of the large banks treat the majority of their customers (those without ginormous accounts) pretty poorly. This location is a pain in the buttocks. It sits prominently on the SE corner of Parker Road and Mainstreet. This makes it very visible. It also makes it very difficult to get in and out of this location without major traffic hassles. The parking lot is narrow and one-way. The drive-thru ATM is way at the end, and the pavement tilts so far to the south (I assume for drainage) that even if you get mirror-scrapingly close, it is still a stretch to reach the buttons. This lane also incorporates sharp turns that easily cause tire to curb impacts. They need to do some serious realignment on the lane, move the dumpster, or cut some deal with the McDonald's (whose drive-thru runs opposite and adjacent to this one). NOTE: McDonald's recently re-did their drive-thru, making it a two-laner, so Wells Fargo seems even lazier on addressing this issue) If you have occasion to go inside, the bank staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, everything seems set up to waste your time. On multiple occasions, I have asked for an account manager, been directed to wait in line for a teller, and then had the teller inform me I need to meet with an account manager . . . frustrating to say the least. The Safety Deposit boxes are a constant source of anguish. They are in the basement and the door to the room is biometrically coded. You push your hand onto the pad, punch in your code, go into the room and retrieve your box with a key . . . sounds simple, right? The weak link however, is when you go to leave the room. If you do not push the red button, you CAN still get out (and apparently lots of people forget to push this button). Unfortunately, the next person who comes downstairs is locked out of the room, and has to go back upstairs to find someone to fix this. The phone to get someone to help almost never is useful in reaching a human being. I have, at times, had to cool my heels for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come let me in to my own box. I used to go to the small Wells Fargo a couple blocks north (by Hickory House), but they pretty much shut down to everything except drive-thru traffic and their ATM has been broken more often than working on my visits in 2012. (Contrary to many reports, the branch is not actually "closed", per se, just of limited usefulness). The most user friendly Wells Fargo that used to be in Parker (over a decade ago in the Safeway) is sadly missed. Now, given a choice, I go to the Wells Fargo on Lincoln and Peoria or the one in Lone Tree. read more

Been a customer of Wells Fargo since 1998 have several personal account, business accounts as well as loans through them. Today I received arguably the worst customer service of my life , by non other than the bank Manager mindy. She was dismissive, unable to hear anything that was being said to her and when I said I'd be closing my accounts after over 20 years with them she treated as if there was no concern on her part to keep me her response " ok that's fine" then walked away from the window to only have her return to tell her how horrible her example she has set for the employees she manages at which time I explained I had stuck with them through their own fraud of opening accounts in my name without permission a couple years back among other things Wells Fargo has done through the years , but as a loyal customer I stayed and she didn't want to hear any of that her exact response " ok I'm done ". Well it's no wonder why Wells Fargo has so many on going issues it obvious they don't care. And it's shown from their management. I urge everyone to reconsider giving a business your business when it's apparent they don't mind dumping you or dismissing any complaint you have. All this over a hold on a business deposit that can and has been over-rid easily in the last several times. She has no business in her role , I'd say she has been under trained in customer care , conflict resolution, among other abilities she should poses at that level of employment. read more

For the staff and accommodations inside this place is decent. It's located in basically the center of town so that's good for overall convenience, however the devil is in the details and getting out of this place when taking Main street is bad news. I suggest taking the strip mall exit just to the south. The drive thru ATM is the worst in the world. I mean, I think they actually have a plaque inside dedication the drive thru as the work of Satan himself and there's a picture of the dark lord shaking hands with the mayor. For starters, the ATM doesn't have enough room longitudinally to fit your car, so as soon as you pull a hard left you need to negotiate the bollards that have more scratches than any you've ever seen. You get put on a 30 degree sideways incline and have to park about 1 inch from the monitor to be able to reach it in a normal car. It just stinks. And with the modifications the McDonalds next door did to their drive thru, it's even worse now. Stick to the ATM in the front breezeway. read more

This does not reflect on this branch in particular. I'm sorry branch people of Parker! But i signed onto my boyfriends account and deposited my state tax return as a first time customer of Wells Fargo. These events happened that night and through the next couple days. The fraud department is a fraud it's self. We had our vehicle, cards. Phones, computer, Alexa, and more stolen from us and if you can imagine, all of our info was spread out among all of those devices and not only that, they were so called "friends" they had been with us on multiple occasions where we went to X or Y and made purchases. Never thought this would happen, but it did and the fraud department disregarded everything even the police case # when they racked up over $600, that's about where I stopped counting, in debt in a short couple of days. Our claim was denied because the protocol they use says there's nothing suspicious about the purchases. Our money was not recovered, they didn't help, they're not there for fraud protection, I now owe over $100, & they only tell us that with the case # go to small claims court. We just recovered our vehicle today and the two that did this are not arrested, they aren't to be found, so how is small claims court going to pay my bills? I just got my new cool boombox debit card and sadly I'll never activate it. read more

Wells Fargo, I've been banking here for years and really can't complain much about it. This location is usually pretty steady with customers, but nothing overwhelming as they are usually pretty good about keeping the line moving. The only complaint I have is that some of the tellers almost force offers down your throat and try to force you to sit with a banker. The only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 3 is because of the banker Edmundo. No matter what issue I have, or what I need to discuss, Edmundo always provides world class customer service and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He's is the only banker I will speak to simply due to his customer service and honesty. read more
