For me to take time out of running my business to make a review, is very serious. I keep having encounters where I am coming into contact with 'tellers" or bank associates that do not know how to address business accounts. There is only one representative at this bank that knows what she is doing and I am appreciative of her. However, the rudeness and unprofessionalism is causing me to think about discontinuing business with US Bank altogether. The Smyrna branch needs employee training before they lose more valuable customers. Update: I am thankful for the branch manager who listened to my concerns and immediately took care of my business needs during my second visit to this branch. read more

Don't even know how to start with this place. They do not seem to know anything about banking at all. We were closing cds due to our mother's death and no one knows how to do it. we had done this at 2 other banks with no problem but these people are clueless. There apparently is no branch manager and every question we asked had to be called in by a clerk with a 40 minute wait on line and still have no clue. The craziest thing they said was that if they issued a check we had to hold it for 5 days before cashing. Where is the money we have there. They answered all questions with a blank stare and looked totally confused. Take my advice and avoid this bank. I know i will get a response to this which is nothing. read more

Theres a black lady she so rude every time i come she has a bad attitude even tho i kept it professional I told her I have $15.94. I need to pay for my credits she just told me to go sit down and then I wait till the associate came I told him what I need to do and he said do you want me to close your account? I said no I have money I want to put back from my credit. But they look at me and they look at each other and laugh. I don't speak English. This is not the first or second or third. This is my sixth time. to come here very disappointed. Learn how to treat people with respect. Being kind take you long way to success. Don't come here I promise you you won't be happy. read more

There's always an issue with the ATM not working. Every time I go it's either out of order or it's only working for withdraws. They got a second ATM not long ago and I thought it wouldn't be a problem anymore but I was wrong...now it's just 2 ATMs that don't work. I am beyond frustrated with US bank. Two weeks ago I deposited money into the ATM when it decided to malfunction. Took my money screen went black came back on and said it was out of service. I immediately called customer service while sitting at the ATM and filed a dispute then went inside and even told them what happened. Which of course they were like there's nothing we can do. My first claim got denied because they said there was not enough info...I'm sorry what? Your trained rep took the info you have cameras all around your bank and on you ATM. So I had to refile another claim and I am still waiting on my money. But please tell me how that ATM HAS DEF BEEN SERVICED AND COUNTED AND THEY KNOW IT WAS OVER WHY I DONT HAVE MY MONEY. And this wasn't just 100$ this was over 700$. Luckily I have a great job and don't live paycheck to paycheck but that is my money and at this point I don't know what to do. This bank is a joke. The ATM rarely ever has the option to deposit or withdraw money so you have to wait for the bank to open. On top of that, the lobby is closed due to staffing so you have to wait in the drive thru for at least 30 mins when there's 2 cars in front of you. I'll be moving banks soon enough. read more

I got robbed! - Lower workers are good. Company is terrible. My Mortgage got sold off and US Bank Decided to change my Checking account to a high level one that costs $25 a month and didn't tell me. I found out on the 3rd month. They did me a "One Time Courtesy" refund for one month but said "It's your fault for not checking your stuff every day" for the remaining $50, even though THEY couldn't even prove they sent any such info to me! - So I yanked my accounts right then and there and deposited my $ elsewhere within an hour. I'll never do business with US Bank again!!! Only giving 2 stars because the workers in the branch were decent. read more

Had to come here 3 times since Covid and since where not allowed inside to make deposit. You have to go through drive through which is fine beside the crazy amount of wait time. 3 cars in front of me and it takes 35 minutes to get up the teller. Takes another 10-15 minutes for them to put the transaction through. You need more worker or something inside there as this is stupid. Ascend even with a longer line don't take this long read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It just plain sux at this branch. Cars lined up out to the road every time the wait is just too long, and attitudes consistently inside every time. I guess they are not happy with life in general I dunno but I won't be back. With 4 checking accounts and savings accounts we can find better treatment elsewhere. read more

Twice I have been here to help a friend make a deposit. First time, I was given an inquisition even though I had endorsed check "deposit only" and written the account number. Today I come to do it again at 9:10 am and they have the curtain up and I can see the the tellers but there is a sign saying they won't open til 9:30 temporarily. I go around to put it in night drop and no supplies. I'm so frustrated , I leave to come back at 9:45. I have 7 cars in front of me!!! Waited 10 min. 5 people still in line. I left read more

I've been using US Bank since 2001. They used to be Firstar. To me they are an excellent bank. They have a good mobile app. Free checking! And will back you up if you have been screwed over by an online site! They will get your $ back! read more
