Yes, I admit, sometimes, I'm lazy, but anyway, I roll up to the window, complete my transaction, and I'm out! Sometimes, the teller service can be rather slow; however, the tellers are usually very friendly, polite, and professional, and they give customers candy in the form of a Dum-Dum lollipop. :D All in all, I have no problems at all with this particular location. I'm glad that it's available and thankful that the tellers have always been nice when I come in for service.

The last time I was there, I was the last person who was able to pay for parking with a credit card before there was some cap imposed. It made me think that I should have cash with me for parking. I am so used to using my credit card that it may not be accepted everywhere at anytime. My primary account is Tangerine. If you are with this bank or Scotiabank, you can visit any Bank of America when you are stateside and withdraw money at any ATM without incurring charges. It's a nice perk that I learned about a few years ago. I did a search and found this branch that is a mere two minutes away from the hotel where I am staying. I decided to check it out. I drove over and parked in front of the branch on a Sunday morning. I walked over to the main entrance, which requires that you slide your bank card in the slot to gain access inside the branch. I was good. There was one woman using the ATM. She seemed to not know what she was doing. I was patiently waiting. When she was finally done, she walked slowly away, and stood where I was before I headed over to the ATM. Here's the scary part. She was still signed in to this ATM when I was in front of it. I could have cleaned her bank account out. Of course, I'm not that type of person. I let her know that she needs to make sure that she is completely signed out of her account. She seemed younger than I, so perhaps it was just inexperience on her part. She thanked me. I signed her out for her and continued with my banking. I had no problem taking out money at this ATM. The transaction was straightforward. I was happy. On Monday, I came back to take out some more money. Shopping beckoned. I realized that there is a drive-thru ATM. I decided to give it a try. Again, my transaction was seamless. I am thrilled that this branch is close by the hotel. It's across from the Starbucks that I frequent. It looks like a fairly new branch. I will be stopping by here whenever I need US funds. (96)

I hurried from work since they close at 4pm and I went through the drive through where the deposit box was locked, they have only one drive up ATM, and it said "not accepting deposits right now" so I drove to the front, parked, walked up to doors at 3:59pm exactly, and they were already locked ensuring I couldn't make my urgent cash deposit. Whitney Wicke then bought the agency and re-reviewed all my coverage. Turns out I was under covered for some stuff which she fixed. Got me some discounts the other agents missed. And then I brought up the claim that was denied. She confirmed that I did have and was paying for the extra hot tub coverage for that and it might be covered. Whitney Wicke & Ciara Gossobrown spent the next 3 weeks looking into this for me. She re-opened the case with farmers, talked to the adjusters, and eventually got Farmers to pay for my hot tub in full 2 years after the original claim. I was shocked! That is really going above and beyond to help her customers. THAT is what I call a fantastic agent. She didn't have to do this. The previous agents certainly did not. She put in the extra time and effort to look out for my family. That is the kind of thing you only see in the insurance commercials. Farmers Insurance needs to recognize her as an example to other agents on what it really means to be an agent that puts her customers first. I feel like my family matters, and we are not just another number. Choosing the right Insurance company is only half the battle.
