They also added insurance to my loan without my approval and overcharged me for it for two years. This was never clearly explained or authorized by me. When I finally spoke with a representative (Heidi), the conversation felt dismissive and unproductive. She claimed she had called me numerous times regarding a loan application, but in reality, I only received 2-3 calls. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Although my residence is out of state, when I finally was able to get ahold of a VA (E.M.) and submit all documents in very timely, minutes, it always took a couple of days, phone calls where you can't speak to a live person, emails that take days for a reply, voice messages that go unanswere...you name it, terrible! The couple of live reps that I was able to get ahold of over the phone both heard my frustration with the VA's and assured me they would get back to me in order to complete the opening of my accounts. Nevertheless...crickets. I gave my business to another financial institution. If you are a current member of Wauna congratulations. But if you're wanting to be a member, go elsewhere.

In the race to stay ahead (I presume) of fraud, they keep asking for for personal information (voice recordings for example) and more arcane methods of verification that that often don't work on my iPhone. We have experienced these as increasingly difficult for seniors - even though generally tech savvy. The final straw is that any business that reduces my spouse to tears will get the lowest rating I can give.

Then, they didn't accept the info the title company gave me so after waiting in line a long time , I had to make a call and they made me wait in a very long line again. 3) tried to purchase a trailer and after 1 1/2 hours and about 8 phone calls, I finally did it. Even though we had OUR money to pay for it . It was very embarrassing and there was no reason for it. this was last straw. We are both taking our money out and going somewhere they seem to appreciate customers.
