I was afraid that my new ATM and credit cards will get stollen so they arranged for them to be delivered at the branch and they called me to pick it up when it arrived. This branch is absolutely amazing! The banker who helped me went above and beyond. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this place. The security always greets you when you come inside. Even holds the door open when you exit. And the teller was nothing far from extraordinary . I had fraud on my card and needed to get a temporary and order a new one. The teller who helped me was a gentleman and he was amazing! Promote him!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Stephanie Hernandez, who's title is CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT - is a joke. What client relationship when you cannot even provide any type of customer service? She was rude and condescending to my elder parents - who were trying to get a check endorsed and cashed. They came in earlier in the day and was not able to due to a US bank ERROR. We got that situated (US Bank employee who made the mistake even apologized) and was told we could go back to the branch to get it cashed. I get the bank was closing at 5p and my parents came in at 4:45p, however, they should've been helped since there was still 15 mins until closing. Stephanie did not even bother to pull up the account to check the notes (where she would see the error was on the bank's part) and basically said she refuses to help and to come back in the morning. This woman needs to be fired or written up, customer service is NOT her thing. AND NOONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES AT THIS BRANCH DURING BUSINESS HOURS! read more

This location is now really the only Convenient location for me. They had other locations area the area but closed down. Honestly I feel like us bank will be bought out from another company soon or will evenly close it doors. Dot. See many clients coming in. Most US banks locations are very outdated and many locations shutting down. Which mean less ATM conscientious locations around. I only bank with them because my business account is here. This review is written mainly for the Branch Assistant Manager Kevin Alexander! After two great visits to branch with Kevin's assistance & care, I felt that this long overdue review had to been written. Also writing since I feel it's unfair that the branch had received such low star reviews despite their satisfactory service ! Both times I have gone to the branch, employees had been polite and especially Alexander had been very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while he was performing my requests (whether it was to open a temporary card, open a savings account or to withdraw money)! Truly professional and such a great conversationalist (truly makes customers like myself feel urged to share our stories! ) Always caring and always smiling! i came 15 minutes before they close and the teller has a bad attitude telling me he can't wire cause it's too late. i told him it's a domestic wire and i came several times to wire like this and he asks someone and they said it's ok to do it. The idiot teller had a crappy face making me stand there for like 10 minutes while he was staring at the monitor.. i just told him to forget it cause of his lazy attitude... his attire was a dirty short sleeve polo shirt.. kept touching his beard with his dirty hands.. what a turn off.. i recommend he go back working at TACO BELL or something instead of ruining US BANK image. poor shareholders read more

DO NOT EVER COME HERE! THIS IS THE WORST BRANCH IN THE AREA! The day I came to make a deposit and setup online banking, the branch only had 1 manager and 1 lead teller with no customer inside. The manager would sit and text on her phone, while her lead teller would not even bother to give me a smile and a direct eyes contact. 3 problems on that day and 1 for today as I am typing up this review: NO HOLD NOTICE was provided for my deposit (only found out when I tried to withdraw money the next day) NO TEMP ATM CARD (understandable) and NO COURTESY to say "sir I apologize but we are out of temp card today". Instead, the manager said lies "sir, we don't give out temp card. You need to wait for it in the mail. If you want to, I can also rush the card for you". NO BANKER AVAILABLE when I needed help with enrolling into online banking to setup my direct deposit. The teller was on lunch. Manager was busy with her cell phone. Lead teller was busy day-dreaming. They asked me to make an appointment with the teller although they could just pick up the phone and call Online support for the new customer! And as I was typing this, they charged me $25 fee for rushing the card! WOW. If you would have disclosed to me about the fee at the moment, I wouldn't have to write about you right now. And as I was typing this review, I was also on the phone with the phone rep regarding the fee. "I am sorry sir, if the branch charged you the fee, then you would have to go back to the branch. I cannot tell you that this was the bank's fault, since they did send you the card..." ok US BANK, what about the fee???? I am not stupid enough to select the rush option if I would have to pay 25 bucks for it! Long story short, if I come back to the branch, I will have to see the same manager.
