I immediately went inside the branch to have them give me change for a $100 bill. Since I'm not their customer, they refuse to do that. They told me to take it to a merchant and buy something for a buck and get change. She then instructed me on how to select denominations the next time. Based on this experience, there will be no next time for me. This was not the best customer service.

Over the years there have been some fabulous employees who inevitably left. My overall experience has been one of repeated failures and an indefensible lack of professionalism. Could be a function of Tillamook County's rather shallow labor pool. My feeling is it's not though, I think the branch is poorly run. Hopefully improvements are in the near future.
