I immediately went inside the branch to have them give me change for a $100 bill. Since I'm not their customer, they refuse to do that. They told me to take it to a merchant and buy something for a buck and get change. She then instructed me on how to select denominations the next time. Based on this experience, there will be no next time for me. This was not the best customer service.

I recently deposited a check into my account for $8000, 10 percent of my inheritance, and the bank told me they needed to put a hold on my account due to the amount I was depositing, they told me it was a REGCC hold but I had already gotten the money from another institution that cleared the REGCC hold and my brother and sister got the same EXACT amount of money and their banks, or credit unions I should say, had their money cleared within 48 hours because they understood that only one REGCC hold was necessary. I called the bank and got told to go to numerous different places to try and have someone work it out but in the end I was just treated like some kind of degenerate that was trying to steal my own money from my dad's passing!!!! The woman at the fraud department was absolutely one of the rudest people I've spoken with in a professional sense and acted like I was trying to personally take something that belonged to her. It's been 8 days since my deposit now and still hasn't been cleared in my account so I called again and was told it's specifically the Branch in Mill City, Or that is holding my money so I tried to reach out to them at 330 in the afternoon and got no answer. As soon as my money is cleared I will be removing it from Thai bank and opening an account elsewhere where I'll be treated as an individual human being with hopes and dreams and not some list of numbers on someone's screen. ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST BANKS IN THE BANKING CARTEL!!!! These conglomerates don't care about people, they only care about taking as much as they can while the populace lays down and allows it.
