On October 19 I dropped off my iPad mini for a simple cracked screen repair. I was assured it was no problem and they could help me. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing so I contacted them to find out the status. I was told that the part was on order and I would be contacted when it was ready. Two more weeks passed and I contacted them a few times (in person, called and DMs). Finally, it was ready. So I went in to pick it up, only to find out they repaired someone else's and not mine. After several more weeks of back and forth I had many excuses. Also, they broke the sensor in the process by cracking it with a screw. So now that piece had to be replaced as well. A wrong frame part was also sent to them from a supplier. Then they were having issues with the button. Finally, I was told it was ready after 7 weeks of waiting ... SEVEN WEEKS. So I went to pick it up. It wasn't charged and they could not show me that it was working properly. However, they assured me it would be fine after going through a series of updates and clicks/taps. When I get home and plug it in I see the details of a sloppy rebuild. The button was falling out, the screen was not on properly and the case was all scratched up. So needless to say, its NOT FIXED. I should have listened to my gut instinct and gone to a place that specializes in technology instead of a place that offers it as a secondary service to their comic book business. In the end, I still have a busted iPad that is useless and an upset very patient daughter. Thank goodness they only charged me $20 to drop it off and have a terrible experience.

It is extremely open, airy and they used Bright colors to stimulate the mood. It think that was both very smart and extremely important, because hospital trips especially surgery can be very stressful and traumatic This hospital also has a dedicated Children's ONLY Emergency Room. I truly feel that the staff here does an amazing job. When you arrive every adult must show a picture ID that needs to be scanned into system or you are not admitted. They print you a personalized Sticker ID to be worn on shirt for all to see, uniquely this ID sticker also has a photo on it that the security team takes as you enter. You are given a card visitors pass that operates the elevator. You must scan elevator keypad before entering elevator car and scan again inside to make the button pad operate to either go up or down. They also have cell phone charging stations throughout the hospital for your use. The cafeteria is large and starts serving breakfast at 6am, until then they have a grab and go section. Unfortunately only 2 visitors at a time welcome on the upper floors. So any additional people have to wait in the lobby area.
