He even emailed the manufacturer directly to be sure they had the right information and address. When the weapon arrived, Jeff called and allowed me to come right over even though it would have been after normal business hours. He was very personable and even interacted with my young daughter while I was filling out the ATF info on the computer. As a former LEO, Jeff didn't want to charge me. Who does that these days?
