I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this Orlando gift shop because they were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. After owning them for only one hour, I looked down to answer a phone call and one lens popped out. When I took the glasses off to inspect them, the entire frame started falling apart. I folded them and put them in my bag while walking back to the store -- by the time I arrived, the rest of the sunglasses had completely broken apart inside my bag. When I asked for an exchange, the older lady manager immediately looked at me and demanded to know "what really happened." She was very persistent in accusing me of lying, even though I explained exactly what occurred. After a long and uncomfortable discussion, she finally allowed me to exchange them. I honestly didn't even want the replacement -- I would have much preferred a refund. The product was clearly defective, and the way I was treated made the entire experience worse. This shop does not treat customers right. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. read more

Went to shop near by and saw this store next door stating everything up to 50% off. We were excited as they had many Disney items. We went in and noticed other things we found at other stores to be marked up. Kids wallets we found at another store were only $6.99 and here it was $9.99 and not even discounted. We looked around the entire store and many items were more than other stores. Maybe that's why they discount them. We didn't end up buying anything and probably will not return. read more

Worst place to buy souvenirs t-shirts, I bought 6 shirts to bring to San Antonio, Texas and 3 of the shirts so far the print is torn horribly. They are cheap shirts you can buy at a craft store. For the price I expect better quality, I'd rather make the drive to bass pro shop and get better quality prints and shirts. Look around for a better deal don't get your shirts from this store. Saw the signs outside that said all Disney items 40% with a bit of skepticism because we've all seen those before but when you walk in the only thing on sale are items no one wants at all. Not this place, all the Disney items were indeed 40% off! The woman Aisha was super nice and I told her how I already visited 5-6 other stores that had sales only on cheap items or none at all. Anyone who reads this don't waste your time, energy and gas on other places because you'll soon find out they don't compare to this place! This was an okay gift place. They're usually cheaper than getting stuff at the actual theme parks so I just get a few of these as souvenirs and small gifts for myself and friends. Found these little guys and didn't realize it but when I got home there's this foamy looking stuff on it. I look closer and it looks cracked and that they glued it back together and still had it on the shelves.... and I was the lucky one to purchase it! This was for a friend and now I don't want to give it to them because that just looks like a crappy gift! Ugh so mad at myself since I should have bought more things to make up for this but I didn't and now I feel like I did not get anything for my friend. Will not be returning here. read more

So these sneaky fuckers put up these free gift signs and shake their dicks around like they're some kind of philanthropists here to help you the customer. Well keep your eyes peeled if you want their "free" Disney bag "gifts". Not only do you have to pay over $50 (BEFORE TAX) for your special gift but you have to find the secret code hidden about the store. I see other reviews have had their codes hidden in hotels. Well they fixed that. THIS SHIT IS HIDDEN BEHIND THE FUCKING DOOR IN A GODDAMN SECRET BASKET! Then we check out and the motherfucking Jonathon doesn't say a peep. I inquire about my bags and he points to the secret baskets behind the door from which you enter. "Gotta have a basket too late." He said most of the time they ask people if they want a basket and the dumbos say no. Well no one offered us a basket that's for sure. I probably would have said no, I can hold some dumbass souvenirs just fine and its not like I'm about to buy out their whole store but I would have liked the option. Anyway we asked about their return policies so we can recheck out for our rightful GODDAMN SPIDERMAN BAG and this motherfucker says they only do exchanges???? Thankfully my buddy Brandon is a business expert and we decided to exchange for identical items. The saving grace was Azeza. She was a pleasure and an absolute gem of a human being. I was on line ready to pay and my total came to almost $28.00 . A lady came up to the cashier and asked where the free gifts are. the gentleman pointed to the disney reusable shopping bags behind the counter. she then asked him "how much do I have to spend to get the free gift ?" & he says anything even .99cents. So as I was paying,I asked "may I please have one of the shopping bags for my free gift?" and the lady cashiers tell me with a face "Nooooo, you dont have a coupon. Like I was asking for a handout or a kidney.! The guy looked to see if there was a coupon lying around behind the counter but there wasnt. So I said, you just told that lady she only needed to spend .99 cents but I spend $28.00 & you are refusing to give me the free gift????? How rude and ignorant is that? They certainly dont know how to implement good business practices... If I wasnt pressed for time, I would have asked for my money back and shopped somewhere else.
