I drove a distance knowing that this post office had a good reputation for being kind and efficient. I was stressed to get some important mail sent overnight. It's too soon know the outcome of delivery but the woman working in the office this morning did everything at her end to accommodate me and make sure she provided me with great service. She took the time to package my mail in a smaller envelope so it would be delivered to an apartment mail box and double checked all my information. This was the best service I have had in a long time when Simone goes above and beyond to help someone!

I only go in the post office a few times per year, as I usually use the USPS services they provide online to order stamps and print shipping labels. But every time I have ever been in this post office, the staff has been helpful and friendly. The challenges I have seen for efficiency have all been customers. I was behind a 40ish customer who didn't know which corner of the envelope gets the stamp, and watching customers get angry about customs declarations is common. Keep up the great work Chagrin Post Office!

We have had the earlier delivery from Tim, Chris, Dave and Rich at the earlier time but Nate, the new mailman comes late and on some recent days we did not receive delivery at all... told pulled off the route by Michele and/or Stephanie at the Erie office. We have repeated asked for the change to be reversed to the 25 year 4 hour time through Nate, but have not seen a change or communication. (WE ARE GOING TO GET PEACEFULLY ORGANIZED AND BRING THIS UNJUSTIFIED CHANGE TO THE ATTENTION OF A LOCAL TV STATION, NEWSPAPER AND OTHERS WHO MAY HAVE INFLUENCE.) Terrible leadership who really does not seem to care about the citizens/people they serve and the unsafe condition they create by the in dark and our area of snow in the winter time.
