The clerk that I spoke with at the counter was not customer friendly in the slightest. The representative told me that I would have to buy tape and wouldn't offer assistance. When I then used a priority box, she was able to use their tape. It just seemed wasteful to be legalistic about rules. I have had other employees that look tired and stressed out, which has translated into a less friendly experience. I will say that they are ok. This location only has one clerk on duty and normally that's enough. But when the line is stalled can't the manager step out from her office and help out? I was 7th in line today for well over 18 mins. The line did not move.
