Brady was kind enough to research as best he could - said I needed to speak with the postmaster, who was not in at the time. I came back the next day, still no postmaster - he apologized and agreed that a postmaster should have been there and I should get a refund. Back again today - Brady recognized me immediately and said he went over the situation with the postmaster and refunded my $$. Nothing better than good old-fashioned customer service - thank you Brady!! (Still not sure why that envelope said "refused"............)

I have more than my fair share of returns as I live remote and it's just easier to order from Amazon than to drive in and around town. When I finally voiced my frustration to the staff member, showing him the screen capture that specifically stated NO label was required, yet they were *requiring* me to have a label and were requiring me to pay a dollar for it, another employee by the name of Tonya or Sonia injected herself into the conversation from across the room and became *very* belligerent. I'm embarrassed to say that after putting up with it for a few minutes, I absolutely matched her energy. This 65-year-old Memaw will be happy to meet you out in the parking lot you meth head POS. Apparently somebody needs to teach you some manners because your mama sure didn't. It probably doesn't sound like much, but when you consider the same person owns the only two franchises in Hot Springs, refuses to respond to any complaints, even to corporate, and allows his employees to behave this way, let's just say i've done the math, and he's skimming approximately three to $400 a day between his two locations six days a week, 28 days a month. That equates to about $11,200 per month the franchisee is padding his pockets with From customers who did not contract with them. We contracted with Amazon. They claim that it cost too much for them to print the labels, but that's like me saying hey, even though you've already paid for this road with your taxes, we screwed up and didn't figure that it would cost us as much as it did to pave the road so in order to use the road you're gonna need to pay more to access it. It's straight up fraud folk And the worst part? His employee is gonna mess around with the wrong person one of these days, and find out just exactly why she needs to keep her hands to herself. Right along with her mouth. And her employer, BECAUSE HE KNOWS ABOUT IT AND ALLOWS IT TO HAPPEN, will then be held financially responsible for her behavior. Corporate is beyond frustrated as their franchisee is the only game in town. Of course they don't wanna lose the location, but at the same time their franchisee is committing fraud. So now the state Attorney General's office is involved. You reap what you sow. Maybe you should stop ripping your customers off and talking to them like the trash that you are.

I've had packages go missing, found weeks later delivered to another address, also found in the back of a broken down pick up truck with tracking saying it was "delivered to carport/garage" .. everyone I've spoken with on the phone at this location is very helpful, nice & professional.. don't know what's going on with the workers of other duties here

This is a small, neighborhood post office - the one-room kind that every small town in America has…read more It's nice to find that kind of small community post office in a bigger city :) There's access (and drop-off mailboxes) on the back side, uphill from the Kroger parking lot in Hillcrest, and walk-in access on Kavenaugh proper. It's so narrow it's easy to miss from either side, but very convenient for those of us who live nearby. They have P.O. boxes for rent, small shipping boxes and envelopes for USPS Priority packages, the usual selection of stamps. But why this location stands out to me is the individual service. There's rarely ever more than one person at the counter to help customers, but there's rarely more than two customers in the place, so things tend to move quickly. But, I've had consistently great service from the folks here, and any letter or package I send from this location seems, almost magically, to get where it's going at least a day before it should. What higher praise can you give a Post Office?

As an RCA, you must buy a vehicle suitable to deliver mail on the right side. You will be given a month to buy. Expect to pay 10K or more for a vehicle with over 150K miles. That comes out of your pocket. USPS advertises $21.89/hour but don't be deceived. You are paid based on an evaluation of the route. In my example, it took me over ten hours to deliver mail and packages. The evaluation is 8.4 hours so I got paid 21.89 for 8.4 hour AND $0.00 FOR THE OTHER TWO+ hours and the 10+ hours is with no breaks or lunch. If you do the math, I got paid $2.00 above minimum wage but wait, it gets worse. You will get $90.00/day for milage but check with a mechanic. My mechanic says he does maintenance on several postal vehicles and the mileage does not cover the full cost of monthly maintenance. The problem is dirt and gravel "roads" that are in such poor condition it will destroy your suspension, ball joints, tie rods, struts, steering, tires, breaks, and transmission. That's what happened to my vehicle with only 70,000 miles on it. Crazy managers will threaten you, yell at you as if you are a child, and apply pressure to force you to work at a moments notice regardless if you're scheduled or not. If your car is in the shop, broke, not drivable their response is you must find a vehicle. You should have two vehicles, one as backup. Long story short, USPS cost you to work there and you're working for a net loss at minimum wage. You're better off flipping burgers where you get lunch and a guaranteed minimum wage. Although the treatment is not much better, you're treated better than a beaten and abused junk yard dog. I have worked 30 years in a professional setting and the post office is nothing like professional. It is like working at the docks, at a construction site or a high school gym. Kids just out of high school throwing out F bombs and management enjoying the belligerent language. The post office culture is very hostile and unprofessional. You are nothing but a slave to them, worthless peace of crap. As bad as that sounds, if you're Christian, it's ten times worse. These xx are controlled by evil spirits. Good luck.
