He walked the property with me, explained the different options in detail, and never made the process feel rushed or pressured. The installation crew did a very good job, and Tom kept me informed throughout the project. He followed through on what he promised, completed a walkthrough with me afterward, and made sure the few remaining items were addressed. The improvement has been significant. My home is noticeably quieter, my energy bill has gone down, and the AC doesn't have to work as hard. I'm also happy that I was able to work with a locally based Lake Mary company. That was over a year ago! I can write a book on how incompetent this company is. From sending thugs and hoodlums to work in my house, (later I found out they were drinking alcohol on the job) to leaving shards of glass on my lawn. I could go on and on.. If you value your home I would keep this company far away from it! Update, I'm still living with windows and doors that were installed poorly and it shows. I've always tried to do my research and select reputable companies to work with. We got three quotes and their quote was not the lowest, but we appreciated their attention to detail and how they stand by their work, so we were fine with paying a bit more. Last year they installed a sliding glass door for us and this April they came back out and replaced all of our single pane windows with double pane windows. The installation crew was amazing.
