What started as calling Moe in for a plumbing estimate turned into a full master bathroom gut renovation AND a complete remodel of my son's Jack and Jill bath -- and it was the best decision we could have made. Moe (the owner) is incredible -- calm, honest, and truly invested. He checked in constantly and made sure everything was done to perfection. His lead contractor, Mo, is on another level -- a true perfectionist. We had major layout changes that required deep plumbing work, and I have honestly never seen such clean, precise craftsmanship. He handled everything -- plumbing, electrical, drywall, demo, even painting -- and every detail was flawless. The entire team, from the carpenter to the tilers, was amazing. They were professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting everything exactly right. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I'm extremely detail-oriented (and very hard to please), so the fact that I am this happy says everything. We even added extra projects like custom shelving because we trusted them so much -- and we'll be using them again for future work. The end result? Absolutely stunning. So when we decided to do a full gut renovation of our 1970's kitchen and dining area, we started shopping for a company that would do everything. Each company we called(that wasn't insanely priced) would do cabinets and counters but wanted you to call or work with another side contractor to do the tear down and electrical, etc. When I spoke to Moe at Galaxy he was like we do it all from start to finish with an upfront quote. I got a few quotes from other companies and their side contractors and then Galaxy. Galaxy was priced super fairly and from what I saw from photos on their social media and reviews, their design was matching what I had in mind. Moe came out to the house and measured everything and gave us a next day all in quote and design layout. Moe and team were super easy to work with and accommodated my wife who is a stay at home mom to two baby twin boys. Can't say enough about how his team was always professional and easy to work with on any changes or COVID delays. This place is horrible they never deliver what they promise they want to do the kitchen their own way even though they had a deal to do it a certain way and they never give me a date to come and do the installation called me at 12 at night to tell me the next day they're doing the installation they brought the wrong cabinet and he told him to shim it with 6 inches which didn't make any sense at all and there was a lot of parts missing around the refrigerator so I told him to go ahead and special order the right ones and ask them how long it would take he said it could take up to a week or 2 months for him to get shipments I don't know where from most likely China and I've been left out without a kitchen for over a month and a half and now he won't complete the kitchen because he wants it done his own way and I'm left out with a halfway down kitchen and he took 100% of the money upfront I would never recommend these guys I would definitely tell you to stay away save yourself a lot of headache . read more

I shopped a lot for pricing and options before deciding to go with Galaxy. First off, I need to say I am a demanding customer, I like attention to detail and will not accept excuses or half finished jobs. With that said, I know it's not always easy working with me.... Moe was always very professional, patient and dedicated. He worked with me on all my special requests, customization and even made some suggestions I had not though of before. They did demo, cabinets + hardware and countertops for us. We had a few hiccups as expected, which he always addressed immediately and personally stopped by the job site to make sure things were being done the right way. Installers were courteous and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Installation was smooth and I feel like they respected our house as we were still living there during this remodel. We used Galaxy kitchen cabinets to complete our home renovations, after getting a few quotes they were by far the most precessional and best priced that met our budget and created the perfect lay out for us. Our kitchen was fitted with In 2 days followed by the counter tops and back splash (the back splash when fitted was slightly off color a call was made and with in a few hours a new back splash was delivered and re fitted 1st class service) his team was tidy and took precautions to protect our new floors also. our new kitchen was beyond our expectations. Our dishwasher's mounting brackets had sheered away from underneath the kitchen countertop. Not sure if it could be repaired or if we needed a new countertop, I called Galaxy Cabinets. Mo promptly returned my call and asked me to send him some pictures so he could see what was going on. I sent him a few pictures and he said purchasing a new countertop was not necessary. Mo asked for my home address and to my pleasant surprise - not only did he personally deliver the mounting bracket, but he would not accept any money. We've used their services for the family bathroom in 2023 and then the master bathroom renovation this year. Cabinets are high quality. The concept rendering of the design was excellent. The granite installers have a lot of experience and have a good attention to detail to ensure that the finished installation was exactly as I wanted.
