I went out to the lobby to ask if my massage was supposed to have started, since it was past my appointment time. Someone came out, whom I assume was the manager, and told me there had been a "scheduling error." Really? When you confirmed with me not once but three different times? To be fair, I was offered a later time with a different therapist as well as a discount. However, this was my birthday, and I had plans for the rest of my day. I realize things happen, but I would rather have a business be honest with me about why my appointment was canceled after I'd already been checked in than tell me it was a "scheduling error" after confirming with me three times.
