I went in last week to have a trailer hitch and wiring harness installed. I was aware that the…read morewebsite stated that it was drop off only so I had a friend pick me up and we went out for breakfast. He returned me to U-haul and I waited another 2 hours for the work to be completed. No problem. Unfortunately, they came out and told me that they needed another tool and could not install the wiring harness until the next day. They assured me that if i came in at 7 they could get it done quickly. So I returned the next morning and waited for over a half hour but they never started the work. I asked what the problem was and Justin informed me that since it was drop off only they could not start until I left. I explained that I had waited the day before and was told that it was a quick job. I was willing to wait. At that point Justin got angry and insisted that I leave. so, I did.I ended up doing the install myself in 15 minutes. the only 3 tools I used were a philips screwdriver, a flat blade screwdriver and a 10 mm socket. I was lied to, brought in for a second appointment and then treated rudely.

I called multiple other places that didn't answer their phones, didn't call back or just didn't seem to have any aspect of customer service that I look for when I'm spending my money. I called the 800# and was extremely impressed with the lady I spoke with. Samantha was who assisted me at the Forest Hills location and she was so professional and caring (yes, at a storage business!) for my situation. She knew the right questions to ask to get me what I needed and fixed me right up. She even called to follow up. My unit and the grounds were clean and well lit and the staff always answered the phone and were on premises when the posted signed stated they would be. Way to go with professionalism and customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
