They sent me the agreement in my email, I signed and then walked in on my lunch break to do whatever else they needed to. The gentleman inside was super nice and helpful. He helped me set up my autopay so I don't forget and double checked my lock code. I've been few times and had no issues accessing my unit. This is my first time needing storage but I wish they had carts available to use so I can offload my car and bring it in easily. It's hard because the doors don't prop open. I know they have carts available during office hours but I'm usually there after they close. You know how some airports you can rent them? I'd do that if it was reasonable lol.

Patina Storage is like no other storage place out there. Due to travel with a previous job, I have used a number of different commercial storage facilities through the years. The family that owns Patina Storage is absolutely wonderful; honest and trustworthy. The property is spotless, all the time. It always smells wonderful inside; which is a rare thing to notice however, I cannot stand bad smells so it is refreshing, walking into the building and it smelling so clean. Kim goes above and beyond for her customers. You will never be just a number. Any issues you may have, she always goes above and beyond what you would expect- night or day.
